Took £29.04 and still no product!! 6 weeks it’s been no response from them. Useless company

Do not order from this company, whatever you do. I placed an order on 16 April and I still have not yet received it. Customer service is not helpful.

7 weeks and still waiting for my parcel. Was told it was held up in customs because of Donald Trump!! Tracking said in was in transit in the UK. Won't answer my emails and 30 quid down. I would recommend you stay clear!!

T shirt advertised at £9.99. Receipt said £14.99 to include p&p.

Took £17.99 from my bank account! Eventually returned extra £3 after l complained to them AND to my bank.

T shirt eventually arrived. Smaller than expected, lots of loose threads, poor quality. Avoid.

Do not use this company. Took three weeks for delivery, items were too small. I tried to ask for exchange for larger size. After several emails stating how it would be too expensive for me to return and how I was dissatisfied with quality (which I never stated) they offered 3GBP as compensation and told me to keep goods which are of no use to me whatsoever. By the way the sizings are not true

I ordered some garden ferns, what came was nothing like what i ordered, even the green colour was awful. After lots of emails back and forthe i manage to get £15 refund, still losing £15 of my own money. Wished i had read the reviews first. I ordered through Facebook. Ive learnt my lesson

Absolutely fuming! Not only did I lose £40 buying inadequate products from this company, But then I asked PayPal to step in, after spending a further £15 on returning the products to CHINA, PayPal ruled in their favour! So I'm now £55 down & don't have anything to show for it.

This company is an absolute scam, they're not a UK company at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Arrived promptly in secure packaging and has a sleek, modern design fitting any decor style. Reasonably priced, offers solid build quality and responsive touch controls.

Good value for money considering its quality; sleek and practical packaging kept it secure during transit, although shipping took about 3 weeks, longer than expected. Overall decent product for everyday use.

Luxe-looker scam website they will send you a very poor not correct version of what's advertised! Avoid at all costs paid £14 for a 5p peace of 3d printed plastic not what I ordered!

Damaged goods, rubbish quality and the worst customer service I've experienced in years!
I bought bras that were damaged and then replaced but awful quality and ill fitting. Returned for a refund to the address they provided, tracked and they said I'd sent it to the wrong address.
Because it had gone over the 30 days with them sending replacement items I can't get a refund through PayPal. So it's cost me a fortune to return and I have nothing to show for the money I've spent.
Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Packaging was neat and secure which prevented mess or leaks during transit. Application went smoothly, and sealant performed reliably, offering solid waterproofing performance—overall good value, meeting my expectations without being overly expensive.

Lamp arrived after three weeks and was decently packaged. Quality feels okay considering the price. Touch function works smoothly. Faster shipping time and slightly sturdier materials would make it a better overall experience.

Just ordered a keyring in a gift box. The order confirmation states the price was just for the keyring. I’ve emailed. Awaiting a reply.

Didn't recieve items.
Seller refused to deal with the issue or rectify.
Provided numerous different tracking numbers.

Total Scam!! Ordered 2 pairs of leggings. As with other review got given multiple different tracking numbers. Then just kept saying they were in transit. Once the complaint through PayPal was timed out they stopped responding to emails. They have logged the delivery as made but not to the correct location and this was supposedly before they admitted the parcel was still in transit. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Never buying from them again. Ordered bras from them in a G and they looked like a B cup. They offered me £4 as a refund, never said they came from China when ordering sounded like UK based and they came from China. Don't buy from them
