Ordered the “amazing supportive bras” that I have seen advertised for months as I was in need of some and thought they looked pretty good.

They took weeks to arrive and the cheeky gits added additional “tax” on top of the bill which they don’t declare.

When they finally arrived they smelt of tobacco smoke. I washed them all prior to wearing.
When I did wear them I found them to be completely unsupportive, the back would rise up immediately, the front opening clasps are poorly placed and I ended up with a blister. You lift your arms up and my boobs come out of the bottom and it gapes.
The material is flimsy and stretches out of shape easily.
I got in touch with them to tell them they are useless and was told to send photos, i refused to send any of them being worn which is what their email seemed to indicate to.
I have now been offered £4 refund when I paid over £50 for them!

Utter scam. Ordered mascara, got emails saying order recd, shipping from Denver. Then emails from Royal Mail saying a package arriving from CHINA. I didnt order anything from China. Sure enough, two small mascaras with all Chinese postmarks etc arrive. All packaging is in Chinese. Despite knowing it could be harmful to use, gave it a try. Thin, ineffective mascara of such low quality it wouldnt be sold in the UK.

This company should be stopped from robbing people 🧐

Ordered two imitation fern bushes. The advertisement showed wonderful large, soft, bushy ferns for the home.
What was delivered were 2 solid plastic sticks with equally as solid side spurs. So bad, really bad, they went straight back.
I urge folk to pay for goods that come from China via PayPal - where you get some financial protection.

They are Scammers!! Do not buy from here! I ordered those bra's that were advertised for larger breasts. They added tax on which wasn't declared beforehand, only after paying it showed. Also they advertise as UK company but their items come from China or god knows where else.
There was no time frame of how long it would take with the confirmation email, they had some dodgy tracking information which looked made up... eventually after a month the bra's arrived. They are absolutely awful! Such horrible quality, cheaper than the market stuff, and the completely wrong size.
Customer service were assholes, when I asked for a refund they said shipping would cost me too much and they offered me £4 back, when I spent £50. I disputed through paypal and now they are offering a full refund but only if I return the items (TO CHINA!). Absolutely ridiculous, there is not even an option to refuse to pay the shipping, so now I'm stuck on what to do.

Scammers do deals and don't fulfil them .. I ordered charging leads by 2 get 2 free .eventually parcel arrived with 2 only and I contacted them through email. They replied offering £2 or I return the items . I replied saying just send the rest of the order but refused saying they fulfilled order if not happy to return them..

Ordered 4 front fastening bras from this company in mid January. Chased them at the end of February, told to wait for delivery as its "in transit"- vague updates on tracking. Received items on 5th March, very poor quality; cheap material, poorly constructed. Contacted them to request a refund, told shipping would be expensive for me and offered £3 compensation. When I refused that, they offered me £5. I have responded to that offer declining also. This is an absolute scam and I wish I'd looked at reviews before buying anything from them.

Bought the butt lifting and tummy control leggings off there video on facebook with the shop now button, wish I had looked at the leggings that it took me to to buy. Received them and they are nothing but cheap tacky leggings, nothing like in the video which I have found that are actually the Halara leggings so they have stole the Halara leggings video to falsely advertise there cheap leggings so nothing but a pure scam on there behalf. Got in contact with them and they offered a partial refund of £3 and then again £5 when I declined but asked them to send a returns lable as i am not forking out more money to send them back as they have scammed me and they said no. So got paypal involved as they were useless and now paypal have got back to me saying they will pay a full refund if I send the item back and the address is to Honk Kong, not the return address that's on the label which is

Company is a scam.
Ordered items never arrive and they claim they are in transit and will be with me soon. 3 months waiting and still no delivery.
DO NOT USE THIS SCAM/SCUM COMPANY.

It seems from reviews that if you live in the US you are likely to receive your order quickly. But for UK all I read are the same challenges I am having. Ordered mugs over 3months ago. Last updat was 6th Feb saying the are in UK transit but no sight of them and no shipping update. I suggest this family run business stick to US sales. Have contacted support and will see what response I get.

I ordered 4 cups a couple of months ths ago. I have still not received them. It says they have been received in London but still no delivery and I am not very happy as they have my money but I have no cups. It was processed on 3rd Jan 2025 but no delivery. I would like them quickly or my money back and it makes me not want to buy from them again

I spent £40 on bras and they took along time to come, eventually they came and they looked so cheap, I have spoken to the company that sells them, the offered me and £4 compensation, when I refused they then offered me a £7 refund, they refuse to send me a refund label to send them back, now they are ignoring my emails, this company does not even deserve ½ a star, let alone 1 star, this is the email I received from lux-looker

Ordered goods 7th January, last update 4th February saying cleared customs and with UK courier. Contacted them 2 weeks ago asking where my goods were and was told they'd be reshipped. No update whatsoever since then, now when asking for a refund I'm told they're with the post office. Will give 1 more week, and if no update will apply to PayPal for refund. Avoid at all costs.

Do not !! And I mean do not buy from them …. They send out cheap stuff that does not fit and then will not refund you …. Try and make you pay for the return that is stupid price then offer you £2 then £4 as a good will . Stay clear items took 3 weeks and then not fit for use . Shocking customer service. And a total scam as they know it’s a big cost to post things back . Stay clear you have been warned .

This is a follow up from my previous review. I’ve gotten PayPal involved to help with my refund. Company offered me £2-£4 and I get to keep the legging. I don’t want this cheap nonsense, I want my full refund.
They have finally agreed to giving me my full refund only if I return the leggings to them, and the return address is Hong Kong. That postage alone will cost between £12.50-£18!
I replied back to them asking why I couldn’t return it to the Returns address that was on the packaging (Unit G Cedar Court, Walker Road Forest Business Park Barson Hill, Coalville, LE67 1TU)

I have ordered from outside the UK a lot and never had this experience. Shocking service!

I placed an order on the 9th of January.. I am still waiting for the item. I have reached out for updates, to get asked to remain patient.. have asked to be refunded, the item was bought as a birthday present that has now passed. Luxe locker are ignoring this request and I just get “Tracking info should update soon, please wait patiently”.

Not happy!

Very poor service ordered some bras which I never received tracking said delivered but when I emailed to say it wasn’t delivered to me they wanted to confirm my address which I did 3 times. They couldn’t provide me with the exact postal service used only track17 which uses over 500 different companies asked for a refund 3 times and last email has just been ignored so now out of pocket which no product.
VERY POOR SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Took forever to arrive.
Lace bras absolutely rubbish. Nil support, lace all raggy.
What a waste of my money
