Absolute rubbish, bought two front fastening bras- might as well be made from tissue. Shoddily made, loose threads, cheap material, really nasty cheap rubbish. I fell for their advert- don’t waste your money!

Ordered leggings in size 14/16 and they have come and they are so small .... doubt they would fit an AGE 10 !
Asked for a refund and they are not replying.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!
Total waste of time and money

Rubbish. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received my order. When I email customer support they send me different tracking numbers. When asked for a refund, that question was dismissed. Seems like a scam

Awful company. Sent two completely different size bras and told me it was too expensive to return them and offered me £2.
Claimed that they had sent the correct size even with photo proof they were clearly different.

Ordered bras from this company in error. Tried to cancel the order 20 minutes after placing it but they refused to do so. They took more money than was agreed, so I emailed them and they refunded the difference. Emailed updates suggested they were being sent from America but suspect they were from China. On the day they were posted through my door I got an email saying they were at US Customs so that was a lie.

As expected they were absolute rubbish, completely unusable and only fit for the bin. Emailed them to ask for return instructions as per their own returns policy. They refused to provide a return address and offered me £2 compensation. I refused and told them I would be reporting them to my bank. Then they offered £5. I haven’t replied and have now left it with my bank to investigate.

Don’t bother with these scammers.

Item ordered was a 34dd the bras definitely where not this size. When I asked to return for a bigger size I was offered a £4 refund on a £25 order, as postage to return would cost me. I would not use again as the sizes are wrong and returning/refunding is hard expensive and all together poor. Better looking elsewhere!!

Awful products company and customer service refuse to give refunds and stuck with cheaply made crap products colours not as described… AVOID!!!!

I am so disappointed in the product received. It was suppose to be shape wear leggings. They do nothing front side or back side and they are too short. I can return them but the shipping is back to China even though before purchasing I saw an Milton Keynes address so I thought I was buying from a U.K. company. They are making me jump through hoops and at my own expense when they have been false advertising. I have continued to discuss with them my complaint at receiving inferior products. They know the cost of shipping makes it too high to return.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Firstly took more money than stated. Tried to cancel and they said no. Finally received the order which is only fit for the bin. They are not responding to my emails to return and get a refund. Scam company

Scam site do not buy they send a tracking number and update it them selves . If you paid through PayPal get your money back

If i could give zero stars then I would. Scam company with shoddy products. Received a damaged item in the wrong size and they want ME to pay to return to CHINA. They sell cheap tack, they lie about the tracking, and they steal your money.

Should have trusted the reviews. Kept me hanging for 6 weeks, items never arrived. No offer of refund - Luxe-Looker.co.uk is a fraudulent online store that you should avoid at all costs. This scam website claims to sell various products at very low prices, but will either send you counterfeit or inferior goods, or nothing at all.

Utterly awful product. I’m a uk size 16 so a Large or XL in every legging I purchase. I used their sizing guide after watching an add which made me a 3XL. Which I ordered. After waiting an age for them to arrive they are not. A high waist as the add shows there are mid to low rise and would fit a malnourished prepubescent child. I complained and they offered me a £3 refund as a gesture of goodwill then upped it to a massive £5. Please don’t be fooled by their failed advertisements they are crap crap crap

I ordered some leggings on 16/12/24 and then within 30 mins, after reading some reviews, emailed them to cancel my order. They replied saying unfortunately the order had already been despatched and couldn’t be stopped?? I also notice they had taken more money than they should have which again after an email they did refund me the overpayment. I patiently waited for delivery. Eventually after checking against the tracking number I was surprised to see it was supposedly ‘delivered’ 3 days earlier ( notification had gone in my junk mail). I checked around the house and with neighbours but nothing was found. After emailing to say I hadn’t got my parcel, they supplied me with a PO tracking number. The photo and GPS location was not my house and the address on the parcel not mine either. Basically after numerous emails they are saying we DID DELIVER so therefore they hold no responsibility and that I need to claim from the
PO for non delivery! I told them they should refund me and they should be the ones to make the claim but you can guess this answer! Do not order from this company you’ll end up with one big headache!

I didn’t want to even give one star. Terrible company to deal with. My order still hasn’t arrived….6 weeks later. The company keep saying it has been delivered to my local delivery office. They are absolutely sure it hasn’t. I have asked for refund over & over again & have been ignored.

Scam website. Took payment for an item and proceeded to send out tracking information, over a month later and still no goods. The tracking postcode they gave for cambridge in the UK was a canada address which gave up the game. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

By far the worst people/company I have ever dealt with!

Steer well clear! Advertise false products. Sold me HALARA leggings. Received cheap crap from china. They use adverts on Instagram showing a girl clearly stating she’s just got her new HALARA Leggings, then proceeds to show a HALARA label hanging on the trousers. It’s all lies. You’re not going to get what they are actually advertising. Also, don’t let the .co.uk fool you into thinking it’s coming from the uk. It ain’t.
I’ve been trying to return said legging since the 29th December last year. They do nothing but try and convince you to keep them. Send the same email they’ve already sent ignoring any questions. They’ve tried convincing me to to take £3/£5/£7 pounds rather than giving me return details. Then sending me emails again telling me returning will be expensive rather than just giving me the damn return details I’ve already asked for on multiple occasions!
Finally I received return details and posted early last week. Followed all the instructions they provided - took pictures of parcel wrapped up, provided tracking details via email as requested and sent it on its way. No response from luxe-looker. Send another email to them asking them to acknowledge the tracking details etc Today i get another god damn email telling me AGAIN returning will be expensive and would I just accept £7. Honestly, it’s like dealing with idiots!! They’ve completely ignored the whole previous 5 weeks of back and forth convo and ignoring the fact I’ve now already returned it. Robbing idiots if u ask me!!

Also reported to HALARA, trading standards, and instagram.

Terrible. Item doesn't match the description online. I have emailed the company who say that the item does match. They lie! I have emailed them asking to send the item back and they want me to pay for the postage to China, even though they're misadvertising their products. Now they have started to ignore my emails. Disgusting from start to finish. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this cheap and nasty Chinese company.
