Ordered last year, took 4 weeks and was delivered to the wrong address. Been back and forth over email for 3 weeks keep getting told it's been delivered to my address when the tracking says otherwise. Still waiting for a reply and it's been 9 days. Avoid this company

I purchased high waisted legging and was led to believe if anything was wrong I had so long to return them, unfortunately this was not the case. The leggings came, I tried them on and they didn’t go past my bum they barely went over my knees. High wasted they say not a chance. I couldn’t get them on. I ordered a size 10 and they fit my 6 year old daughter who is in age 4-5 5-6 year old clothes. I asked to return and showed them photos of what they was like on me and I mentioned it’s not what was in there description and they refused a return and said it were the correct size I ordered. It’s definitely not a 10 for sure and no are they high wasted as stated again like I said it didn’t go over my bum. Wasn’t long enough to do so. I have proof of emails and pictures, I will not purchase again

Avoid like the plague! Items come from China despite saying UK. I placed an order beginning of Dec and still waiting for delivery in Feb. They just respond that it’s still in transit. Trying to get a refund through PayPal.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Complete scammers.

Ordered the bras, absolutely brutal. No support , cheap material. Charged £38.99 for crap. Don't waste your money. Took weeks to arrive , thought I was buying from UK site but they came from China. Customer service does not exist. Should have read reviews first before purchasing.

I think this company is fake. I order some bras on the 9th of January. They only just arrived yesterday and although they look like the video, they are absolutely rubbish. I bought the size it advised on their site. My order was supposed to be £40 and they have taken almost £49. They are absolutely useless so can't use them at all. They also ignore your emails,even though they give you a support address in your purchase email. Avoid unless you want to be stung as I have. I'm usually good at checking things out before I buy but the comments on the posts were good, so they must also be
fake as they are just pointless material. As said on another review, says from America, but more like China type rubbish.

I recently ordered the leggings and bras and immediately after i thought it was a scam, especially reading the reviews and the few progress updates. I contacted them with my concerns and they said all is ok, within 2 weeks i did receive my orders and have to say im impressed with the quality and fit. Pleasantly surprised :)

If I could give negative stars I would. Took more money than stated. Wouldn’t cancel my order. When it arrived they were shockingly bad. I ordered bras. I’ve emailed to return them and they’ve stopped responding.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star tbh, firstly they took too much money and never put back after saying it will take 2-3 days and secondly my order never arrived even tho they said it had but the address they have for me and the address this delivery was sent to wasn’t even near me but apparently it’s marked delivered and I should have to take it up with the delivery service.. my contract is with you not the delivery company now give me my money back. Brought on the 16th December and still ongoing but they have now stopped emailing me back so now I’ll just leave a review everywhere. Bastards

Can't give zero stars. Sad. Items took 25 days to receive, with fake tracking info (showing shipment tracking from China and the US). They are ¾ length at the very longest and don't look anything like the pictures. Materials is cheap as ever.

I ordered some bras after seeing an ad on instagram. I double checked my measurements and ordered 2 different styles of bra. One style was ok-ish quality but fitted me well enough, it was as seen on website. The other style of bra (exactly the same size) and it was tiny on me! I checked their returns policy on their website and it says they offer returns if in original packaging and never worn. Well, aside from trying them on, they were never worn. I emailed them and they came back and said they couldn’t offer a refund because they had sent the correct size. I then went on to have a back and forth email conversation with a reasonably polite staff member who said they could only offer me £6 compensation (I paid £35). I kept pushing back saying I want more of a refund and kept stipulating that they were going against their own returns policy by refusing me. In the end, I caved at £19 because I didn’t have the energy to argue anymore. They said I can keep the bras but what am I supposed to do with a bunch of bras that don’t fit!? Serves me right for using a fast fashion, cheap retailer. Never again!
1* for some of my purchases being ok and 1* because at least someone was at the other end of the email trying to help. But they most definitely offer you pittance at the beginning in the hope you will give up and take the minuscule refund.

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of leggings and the first problem was they took more money from my bank, apparently due to a system error. I never received the order and they gave me another customers tracking number and told me to take it up with my delivery service. A month later I have still not received my order and they are now ignoring my emails. They have my money but I have no product. They are a scam company.

Scam company- clearly using other video reviews from somewhere else on facebook- they took too much money to begin with. Item arrived about 6 sizes too small, flimsy material, a friend who is 6 sizes smaller tried on- useless. Fit for bin only.

Don't believe any of the good reviews. The items from this company, IF you receive them are shocking quality. Fit for the bin and nothing else. Absolute scam. Please avoid them.

Ordered leggings. Never arrived. Stated coming from USA but turned out to be China. SCAM SCAM SCAM

If I could give zero I would. Ordered the yoga pants and they were so short and didn't match the size guide on the website. I contacted the support as soon as the package arrived to arrange to return the clothes. I was told I couldn't return it and that I should give the clothes to someone else as a show of good faith. What? I have yet to have a reason why I am being refused. As well the leggings were advertised as branded Halara leggings and they were some knock off Asian brand. I will have to go to the bank to dispute the transaction. Refusing a return with in 14 days is against the Consumer right act. It is also stated on the website that they accept returns within 14 days. Guess not. What a shady company.

There needs to be a zero star option. These are scammers, DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!

Don't believe the hype. The Bra. OmG felt like I had nothing on and I may as well not have done. Randomly added a couple of quid when I checked out through pay pal. Took ages and whe. It turned it it was jack all like the one on the site. There were threads hanging off everywhere it left me with one boob a full 3 cm lower than the other. Straps kept slipping off nearly 17 quid for that crap. If you want the comfort of not wearing a bra just don't and save yer money. You'll get the same amount of support as you do wearing that bra

Utter scam!!!!
Ordered some bra's. Im a UK 42E but I ordered a 50G as I know these types of bra's run a bit small. I received them eventually and they are tiny. I emailed them straight away that night and got a reply the next morning saying sorry they don't fit can we have a photo of the bra's and the parcel they came in. I sent that over. Next email I got they offered me £4 as a refund. I spent £42 on these bra's. I refused and said I wanted a full refund and I'd send them back. They then offered me £8 and said can I not give them to a friend!?!? I said no I want my full refund, I'm happy to send them back and pay the postage as I don't want them. The last email I had of them was 'we have tried really hard to help you, but now there are loads of staff on holiday and you may not hear back from us for a week (bear in mind they have emailed me back the very next day up to now) and please don't send any more emails as
it will confuse us on the matter. Like WTF!!!! Still waiting to hear back. I can say goodbye to that money. Absolute joke!!! Do not buy from here. Absolutely shocking!!!!

Firstly they took too much from my bank for the product so had to email them for a partial refund. Then the fun really began. They’ve provided me with 2 different tracking numbers where the parcel has supposedly taken 2 different routes to get here and arrived on 2 different days. I’ve opened a dispute with my bank and asked for a refund from the company
I then find that the product they were advertising on Instagram is actually produced and sold by another company and they have just used one of there customer reviews of a product to sell their own…. At this point I don’t even know if the product luxe looker are selling exists

Ordered two mugs and pjs weeks ago nothing . I think it must be a scam
