Contacted the company regarding a missing parcel and to say there was limited to non-existent customer service and assistance in finding the missing parcel is an understatement. Firstly they changed the tracking information for the parcel 3 times! Blaming the delivery company for the error, however, when I asked them for the contact details of the delivery company here in the UK they simply refused to assist and wouldn't even refund me for the item never arriving. A complete shower of shites with their attitude and lack of assistance

Ordered pair of high waisted leggings. 2XXL (I am size 16/18) & fit was perfect. Can't say that they were miraculous in magically refining my figure (as per advert) but I didn't really expect that.
Charged only £2.99 postage which I thought was good considering they were coming from USA. (??)
They arrived fairly promptly & I received regular tracking updates telling me they were lastly being shipped after customs inspected in USA. They had started the journey in Kansas.
However, strangely they arrived today by Royal Mail, no sign of customs marks or address in USA & a returns address for Suzhu in China.
No track to say delivery was due either.
Why no transparency in their delivery? No wonder they receive poor reviews & people consider them untrustworthy.
Delighted with purchase but If I had read reviews first then I would not have ordered.

I brought from luxe-looker with the expectation that the leggings I saw in the videos on their website is what I would ordered, No the leggings I received were completely different nothing like the picture or videos there are no tummy control or butt lift they are just regular leggings. When I complained they first offered me £2 compensation when i refused they then offered £4 it's disgusting I paid £18 they are ignoring all my emails. They are Scammers they are operating on false advertisement to lure people in.

Was going to say took ages to arrive after 4 weeks. Had an email on 20th Jan saying parcel was delivered on17th? I was at home all day and have ring doorbell. They were not delivered. Emailed Luxe Looker to be told not their problem take up with Royal Mail. How rude. Do not buy from them. Disgusted and out of pocket 😡

Absolutely horrendous company, don't touch them!! ordered two pairs of leggings, way too small, I asked to return them, there answer please accept 3 GDP compensation, they said would cost me too much to return! I said no I wouldn't accept 3 GDP when they cost 25 GDP. They came back with 8 GDP again I said noj and I will return them! they said it's the best they could do, there advert for luxe-look is money back if returned what a joke, they are full of BS I have told them that I will go on every site to warn ohers not to touch them!!

Dispite receiving an email saying my leggings have been delivered, I have not received them. Looking on here I think it's doubtful they will ever arrive and by the sounds of it, they are not going to be any good. I will now pursue a refund. Wish me luck.
This has now made me very unlikely to buy anything else from Instagram and Facebook tiktok! As I now feel anything is a scam.

Tracking useless my leggings arrived, very short and no way are they bum boosting or high waist with tummy control. I've had better from shein.

Really poor show of an excuse of a company to deal with. Scammed me for a pair of leggings. Warning to others. Those ads on Facebook, tik tok, anywhere online who target you are equally to blame for letting scam companies advertise there. I call for the authorities to investigate this. Terrible show.

Ordered mugs 5th Jan 2025, order number 25886S132144. Requested an update on the order via e-mail 18th Jan and they were quick to respond - I think the reply meant the order is in transit (hard to tell from the poor choice of words strung together). However when I asked why they overcharged me, no response! My order came to £42.41 yet £50.65 was removed from my account which I informed was an unauthorised card transaction. Still no reply and still no goods!!

They advertised these leggings on Facebook as Halara leggings. They are not!
They are so short in the leg they are cropped and the advert showed them as stomach cinching and butt lifting which they don't do.
They were supposed to cost 17 and I was charged over £20.
Don't buy from them

Avoid at all costs. They are total scammers. Ordered 2 pairs of the same size leggings at a cost of over £25 and received 2 very different sized leggings although the labels said they were the same size. Very poor quality and too short for a 10 year old child, nevermind an adult.
Emailed customer services to be asked to send pictures which I did to be then told I was wrong and the warehouse had sent out what I ordered. Yes, both items show the same size label but they have clearly been labelled up incorrectly. Despite the size issue, they are very poor quality and would disintegrate if washed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered some bra's on my wife's behalf.
Took weeks to arrive, with tracking updates ranging from USA to China?
Sizing completely wrong, far too big.
Quality is horrendous. Stitching coming apart and none of the seams line up.
Emailed to get an offer of £1 compensation for something that was £25...

Guess I could use them as a catapult, they might survive one shot.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to return an item. After 5 emails they have offered me 2 pounds for a 19 pounds item. Do not buy from this company if you want to return anything. Customer service is appalling

Ordered a pair of leggings, cost £17, when checked my account, they had taken £20.50. I emailed and asked why, when invoice said £17, they replied it was a mistake and send the £3.50 back (how many people don't chexk this!)
I received leggings, which was good quality but unfortunately was too short in the leg for me, I went online to submit a return, no option for returns so emailed again and was told all they can offer me is £3 and could I give them to someone!
I replied no as I paid £17, I'm willing to return and want a full refund, again was told they will give me £7! I said this is unacceptable to which they replied that they was sorry but that's all they can give me.
PLEASE DONT EVER BUY OFF THESE UNLESS YOU KNOW IT WILK FIT!!!!
Absolutely disgraceful customer service

Absolute junk, they’re so short (I’m 5’2”). Cheap rubbish, you can hear the stitches snapping when putting them on (I’m size 8, ordered 8/10), took ages to arrive, no tag attached to item. I won’t bother contacting their CS after reading these reviews, just wish I’d read them before I’d ordered! Won’t be scammed again! Avoid.

I ordered two pairs of yoga pants and were too small. I requested a replacement for a larger size to be told no and to give them to someone else. They offered £3 compensation. They have given me absolutely no explanation why I can’t either exchange or get a refund and insinuating that I’m not happy with the product quality. This is not the case. I’d just like a larger size or refund which they are refusing. So I’m left £32 out of pocket with two items that do not fit. It’s a disgrace

DO NOT attempt to order anything from this company! Was sent out the wrong product. They would not sort the issue out! Will keep at them!

Worst experience ever! ordered items turned up defective and probably worth 50p each (talking Hampsters). Did not work one had been opened.On contacting they where HORENDOUS! Offered £1 and told to keep items pestered them eventually offered £4 and keep the items. then i feel they went on to laugh in my face by constantly replying thank you for your feed back.NO ITEMS, NO RESOLUTION AND NO MONEY!!. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS SITE , THEY WILL NOT GIVE OUT ANY TRADING NUMBERS ,NO SERVING ADDRESS, NO DIRECTORS NAMES NOTHING.
