Absolute scam company.

Say they are based in USA but products come from China. Ordered over a month ago and have received nothing. Their tracking information constantly changes, one week saying it's left the USA, then it's in Cardiff UK then all of a sudden it's in china.

The refuse to refund and send the most AI, fake, patronising customer service messages. Steer well clear.

I had ordered 3 pairs of leggings from this company. They seemed to be taking ages to arrive, although I was getting updates. I read the reviews on here, and thought the items will never arrive as I had been scammed, so never gave it a thought.
The leggings have arrived today. Great quality and material, and a perfect fit. Thrilled to bits with them!!

Massively regret not looking up reviews of this company before I made a purchase. Ordered two pairs of Medium leggings - which are supposed to fit size 10-12 UK sizing. They would be lucky to fit my 10yr old daughter. Ridiculous sizing, and even too short in length and I'm not a tall woman!
Contacted them for refund instructions and they offer to refund me £3! I spent £25 on the leggings. Several emails later and they still haven't given me the return address. Absolute joke of a company.

DO NOT USE….Waited over 2 months for a dress. Received tracking info with various excuses mostly to do with customer which makes no sense when tracking says my order has cleared customs and is currently sitting in a depot in UK after more than two weeks there. I have asked for a refund but they will not give me one.

Before I purchased I read on the website that if you are not happy with an item for any reason you can "Return & Money back guaranteed"
When the leggings came they did not fit and to be honest the quality wasn't worth the hype especially for €15 just for a pair of leggings, I thought they would be alot better.
Anyways I emailed them asking to return them and get a refund but I was told I was not entitled to that even though that's what they had claimed in writing on their website ! After back and forth emails I was offered 2 GBP£ which is an insult tbh I am from ireland (Euros) and also every thing I complained about was basically just ignored no accountability for their false claims and the last email I have recieved was them telling me that if I want to return this item to the warehouse in China that I can but that shipping would be expensive and that I have to pay for it myself so it's not even worth my while and they know that.
So basically I have just wasted money and been mislead, I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from this company !

Look at the reviews none of the good reviews are for items they are selling. All positive reviews are for some type of mastic. Definitely avoid.

Took more money that I authorised! (I dont know how thats even possible with banking procedures) I emailed them pointing this out, got a strange, brief response saying it was an error (but a few of the other reviews said they experienced this 'error' too)
They did refund the difference to my bank a few days later but 3 weeks later I still havent got the goods. I'm not clicking the 'tracking link' in the emails from them because I think the tracking is a complete lie. There is no carrier information in them, the spelling, grammar and info is all off and unlike other tracking info emails there is no way to check indepedantly, you have to click the link in an email from what you now realise are scammers.
I've contacted my bank and now 20 days have passed I can claim a refund through my bank.

DO NOT use this company. I ordered 2 dresses 3 weeks ago. I received tracking updates and apparently the parcel has been sat with a uk carrier for a week. Each time I chase I suddenly get a new tracking notification. I've asked which Uk carrier they are using, they said either Evri, YODEL or Royal Mail but don't know which my parcel is with, but they will chase my order with the carrier......how if they don't know who has it. Scam company, do not purchase or trust them

Waited 3 weeks for order and when it came it was terrible fit (bras) - don’t know who does the UK sizing but its way off. Trying to get details for a return is absolutely ridiculous. They just keep sending a tracking number when l already have the order. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I have given up now and put it down to a bad experience! Enjoy my money Luxe-Looker!!😡😡Not even worth the 1 star!

On purchasing I was firstly charge £5 more than the invoice stated!
Had to go through PayPal and PayPal intervened with a case and I received my £5 refund. Still no item after over a month so contacted PayPal again and they refunded me as they also did not hear back from the company! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Do not buy from this company. I have been waiting 2 months for a delivery. They won’t refund me and after doing some investigating it seems Track 17 that they use to send postage updates is manually inputted by them and not through a delivery company. AVOID.

Does not even deserve 1 star terrible product sizing is well off, the sizing is for small people, when I have contacted them for a return and refund I was told that they can’t and that I can have £2 compensation when I said that was not good enough I want to return and get a refund I was told no again and they came back with £4 compensation which does not even cover the delivery, do not buy from them they are a joke!!!!

The first issue I had was they overcharged me by £5 for my item. When they contacted me they said there was a system error and so refunded me the £5. After waiting a month for my order (a bra) they sent the wrong size and I don’t believe it would have fit me if they had sent the correct size. When I asked to return the item they said that they don’t do returns if the customer received the correct item (which I didn’t) and that if I chose to sent the item back the postage would cost too much and so offered me £2 compensation. My item was £20 including postage! Disgusting customer service when the website says if you are not happy writhing 15 days of receiving it you can return and there is a money back garuntee. Website is very deceiving, do not order from this company!

Very poor - order was confirmed as delivered but no trace of the items at my address. After chasing customer support back and forth, they now make me responsible to file a claim with the courier! They charged me for carriage so are responsible to do this, even if carriage was included it would be their responsibility, not the customer. Do not buy from this company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! you can't return your items for free and you have to pay for the return to Hong Kong! I bought two pairs of leggings and they are awful cheap material and do not fit even though I went for XL rubbish save your money.

ordered an item which took 6 weeks to arrive. definitely poorly made and not the sizing ordered. i contacted for a return and refund and they said they don't do refunds and offered me £2 compensation, and to maybe give the item to a friend! i said no thats not good enough, they came back with £4 compensation! shocking company never buy from them

So wish I had read more reviews before I used this company.Ordered nearly 2 months ago and still no delivery.The support email is useless and ignoring my request for a refund.Do not order from this company

Ordered leggings were not as described, they are cheap, shiny and so thin and see through my mirror was embarrassed. They took so long to arrive, I feel they may have been forced to walk themselves, which may account for the rancid smell. They are also tiny, not the size I had requested. which made me feel enormous, so another reason to hate them. I’m not going to bother asking for a refund because I’m already too angry and disgusted, and will not waste anymore energy on these scammers, I shall leave it to Karma Instead. And shall definitely be more cautious of buying online, you clearly cannot trust ads. I shall return to the high street.
