A scam!!!!!!!!! Do not buy you will not receive your items! I thought I would be safe through paypal but they have done nothing to help! Stay well clear I have now lost my money!!....

I have ordered over 2 months ago now , I expected in these uncertain times it would take a bit longer to come although I was under the impression they were UK based , but when I finally got a tracking number which by the way is useless it was China.
I have asked on numerous occasions now for a refund of £35 with no acknowledgement only an email to tell me to be patient, well! My patients has worn thin and I'm very disappointed I even gave this company any time at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE !!
Awful service. After a month of waiting I still haven't received my order. Customer service not interested.

They don’t even deserve one star. DO NOT BUY. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. My items haven’t arrived and despite sending numerous emails requesting a refund I have not been issued one. The so call “tracking numbers” they send out are meaningless and there is no customer service phone number. Please avoid this website at all costs unless you’re prepared to be scammed.

This company are not a scam, I did have to wait a little longer than stated but I did get my order and I’m happy with it. I’m waiting on 2 more things to come but I don’t mind as long as I know it’s a real company which it is.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from them. SCAM I ordered 3 months ago took my money and never recieved anything. Emailed loads and you just get a generic email back. Not happy at all!

Avoid, I ordered from here 3 tops. I knew delivery would take w while as stated on website however I think they put up pictures of clothes they find online no make cheap replicas. One of the tops I ordered showed glitter on it and the one that arrived was a lot lighter in couloir and no actual glitter just printed glitter. It looks awful. The fabric is cheap and nasty too. Don’t waste your money. I asked to return and they sent message saying I could but would have to gay shipping boats but chances were it would get lost so I would be better taking a 15% refund. I spent £39 got £4.70 refund and 3 tops I won’t be wearing!

My order took 6 weeks to arrive (I expected this with the shipping delays due to Covid) and I am happy with the order. I marked it 4 star instead of 5 as 1 pair of trousers was made from a fabric much thinner than expected, but they will be fine for lounging round the house! I love my 2 dresses, the top and the necklaces that I ordered.
I am really not sure why there are so many bad reviews regarding postage delays, (why would you expect these goods to be coming from the UK at such cheap prices?) If you are wanting a good price and are in no rush for your items, then it is fine. I will be ordering again :-)

Wish I had read the reviews on this site before placing an order!

I placed an order 5 weeks ago for 7 items and had thought orders would take no more than 2 weeks to receive. I also thought this was a US company and then when I noticed the payment it had actually been taken from Hong Kong.

When I emailed to follow up on my order I was sent some very sketchy tracing system that doesn't explain much, and although said in transit the transit was oddly in Belgium (but it continued to say the same thing for days on end). Eventually a package showed up about a week or so ago but with only one item, very poor quality, defiantly didn't look as advertised. And STILL no show of the rest.

How they haven't been shut down with all these complaints in this day and age blows my mind. I have requested a refund, no reply to that so I have taken mattes further.

Unable to give less than one star. This Company is a scam they take your money and dont send your order. They make out your order or innmy case part of my order had been shipped and supply a tracking number which may aswell be lottery numbers as you cannot track a thing. When you email them they just send an automated email back that does not answer your question, so when you send another you get the same email. AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I WILL PUT THIS REVIEW ALL OVER SO NOBODY FALLS FOR THIS SCAM.

If I could give less than one I would. Ordered at the end of April and still haven't received anything, I've asked for a refund but reading the other reviews, I'm not holding my breath.

Would give them zero if I could! Unlike many other reviews I did actually receive my order but nothing looked like the pictures. One t shirt the arm were so badly hand scissor cut my 1 year old could do a better job!
Asked for refund and return, have heard nothing, absolutely shoddy company.

Do not order from this company! Order my items but I didn’t receive any emails, tryed to login into my account on the website but they shut my account down, I did some research about this company turns out no one is receiving any of their items. I called my bank & PayPal to dispute lucky I got a refund in 24 hrs. Never again!

Stay clear from this company! Ordered some pants which looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture (could have been a completely different pair to be honest) and seeing as their return center is in China (something that wasn't apparent on the website when ordering and that I was only informed of after making a complaint) it's going to cost more to return it than what the actual item cost, so won't be bothered. They seem to have a UK limited company though, so wondering if this is even legal? What a scam company, don't use!

Items took over 5 weeks to come. Then some never arrived. Ordered in size small and they are huge. .at least a size 14. Would not.order again. I now need to work out how to get a refund 😳 when I chased my order they did come back to me though.

I was led to believe this was a uk company but it's actually somewhere in China. Over a month later I have received nothing and no reply to emails. Raging!
