Really unhappy and left out of pocket. Only received few of the item - which were damaged or incorrect Which I returned but didn’t get refund for. The rest of the order HAS NEVER BEEN RECEIVED AND NO REFUND. Been trying to claim through PAYPAL but they won’t claim my money back either as the return address given apparently WAS WRONG! I’m now have been left in financial detriment as a single hard working parent. DISGUSTING

I ordered some goods back in March, they arrived a few weeks ago. (4 months late)
Unfortunately, due to my family, I was only allowed out for the first time 3 days after the 14 day return period was up, and politely explained that due to the global pandemic, I was unable to get out sooner to return the goods.
I appreciate that all companies have a returns policy but i've never been treated so badly by a company which I have spent £90 with and NOTHING fits.
I have begged to be allowed to return these items as I have no use for them, but they will not accept it.
DO NOT EVER buy from this company if you could potentially have any after sales queries. They will NOT help you. I will put this on Twitter etc, until you refund me or allow me to return my goods.

If I could give loricoco Less then 1 star I would. not only had it taken 4 months for some items to show up, the material is awful, the items do not fit, and the designs are absolutely nothing like they show in the picture I also got sent colours of items I did not even order. this sight is a complete scam In China do not use this place.

If I could leave a 0 rating I would! This site is awful. I brought an item worth £30 and paid £7 postage in March 2020. I received a tracking number in Chinese pretty much straight away so obviously couldn't understand when estimated delivery was expected. My item arrived at the end of July and was nothing at all like what I ordered. The material is cheap, the sizing is way off and to be perfectly honest, a blind cripple could've done a better job (no offence intended. Absolute rip and a site not to be trusted if anything it needs shutting down!

Awful! Took weeks to arrive, tried to cancel the order but was told that as it had been dispatched, I could not cancel. As if by magic, the order arrived a couple of days later? The products are TERRIBLE!! Look great in the pictures but in real life, SHOCKING!!! Terrible quality, and NOTHING like the pictures! One item would be bearable if I had a size 4 waist and was 8ft tall! Will NOT accept a refund claiming it's outside their 15 day window?! Goods took WEEKS to arrive?! NOT HAPPY

Honestly don’t know how this company is still trading. Item took over 10 weeks to arrive. Tracking link didn’t work. Asked for refund multiple times and was refused and told to wait. Dress finally came today and is very poorly made and in a completely different material than pictured. Not even wearable! Gone straight in the bin as I’m not paying cost to return it to China. Disgusting site. Will never use them again.

Very disappointed order back in March still haven’t had my good and emailed them a number of time but haven’t got back to me I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone

Ordered 3 tops.... took 10 weeks to arrive. All cheap fabric and poorly sewn. One is wrong size and wrong colour. None are fit to wear. Don't waste your money. I won't be ordering anything else ever!

Ordered my 5 items in April at the cost of £90. I received 3 of the items all separately and still haven't received the other 2 despite the messages I have sent.
Would warn people of using this site no customer service and delivery time has been over two months

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers & a maxi dress from here. Paid high street prices so I expected decent quality (high street quality). The trousers arrived & were very poor quality, not cut the same as in the photos when I ordered. The maxi dress I ordered should have said “Rolling Stones” on it, however, it said something else in another language I don’t recognise. I requested to return and was initially offered a 10% refund, when I didn’t accept the offer increased to 25%. All returns are at your own expense - no free postage & to China this would be considerable cost. I wouldn’t order again.

I bought a t-shirt MAY 5TH... It is now the 3rd week in July and still not arrived... Customer service is shocking. Refusing to give a refund.

Placed an order for a load of t-shirts back in May, realising that the company is China based I stuck to mostly plain vest ts in my orders. Products took approx 8 weeks to arrive which I thought was a good turnaround considering the current global circumstances. Customer service were helpful, they provided tracking links and IDs when I lost this info through the website. When the products arrived I have found 5/8 tshirts to be acceptable and true to order and I’m pleased with this! Issues with the other 3 products: one t was ordered red and arrived pink, I ordered a Rolling Stone floaty top which when arrived was just a standard scoop with slight bat wing sleeves, went straight into a charity shop bin, lastly I ordered a Beetles printed t but probably due to copyright it’s arrived printed as “The Beetlfs” not great but hilarious once I realised! Advice: be prepared to wait months for delivery items are dispatched from China, don’t have too high expectations and you won’t be disappointed, if you want something more intricate shop local and pay for it! Due to cost of postage it’s not viable to return item once received so choose wisely!

I'm giving a star because I cannot give a 0, if I could u could give a bit fat one! WORST EVER COMPANY I ORDERED FROM, BIGGEST MISTAKE, A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND NERVES! THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE, NO UPDATES FOR TRACKING YOUR ORDER, I ORDERED IN APRIL AND IS JULY NOW...STILL GOT NOTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNEXSITENT. I WOULD REMOVE THEM FROM THE MARKET IF I COULD. APPALING AND I CANNOT GET MY REFUND THEY ARE REFUSING TO...DISGUSTED

I place an order beginning of may 2020 it's now 9th July and still not received my order.
I have sent numerous emails and was advised to be patient and wait a bit longer.
Unable to track my item as tracker does not work.
Very poor service from the company
Matter now been handed over to my bank to deal with.
I wouldn't purchase anything from this company in the future.
Use another company as there are many selling the same items. You might actually receive your item then

This has only got a one cause you cannot give less - almst 8 weeks waiting.
Top - not as pictured different shade and look.
Bottoms - not as pictured more like pj bottoms than joggers.
Dress bordering on wearable but closer to picture.

After 3 months of dispute with paypal and constant emails, cant get my money back for item that never left theyr warehouse. Fraud, thieves, disgrace for industry.

Again doesn’t even warrant one star!!!!

Still missing one item, thankfully paid with PayPal who supported me with the returns dispute. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
