Absolute rubbish quality, the clothing looks nothing like the advertised pictures! And two tops were damaged!
Said I’d have to pay for the return and the custom fee! If I want a refund!!
Criminal!!

1 star because I can't give zero. Items did arrive but took ages but were such poor quality it was useless. Total rip off. And the customer service email just loops round without an actual response.

Just read all these reviews. I ordered two dresses and a pair of leggings on 5th May, leggings arrived a few weeks ago and don't fit at all and quality is poor. Still no dresses and have emailed on numerous occasions to be told they are in transit and to be patient. Like a few people I did look I to it before ordering and thought due to it being an English address it would be okay. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and guess I won't be getting my dresses or a refund now. I would avoid this company at all costs... TOTAL SCAM!!!

I ordered 2 tops on the 5th of may, I have only received 1 which took weeks to arrive, it does not fit at all.I have emailed them about the other one and was told it was on its way. Im still waiting. When I asked for a refund I was told I could only get 15% of it back, I could send the top I have back but like everyone else I didn't know it was coming from China and sending it back will mean losing more money. I expect when or if I actually receive the other one that it will also be not true to size. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Same experience as most on here, they are an absolute disgrace!
I ordered on 12th May - have chased a number of times, only to be fobbed off about shipping from China, track it & be patient - will take a while - no kidding.
Appalling, no answer yet to my refund request - guess lost that then. Proper con! I have been had!!

Ordered 24th April, still not received. Emailed customer services saying not ok and wanted a refund and they sent me some gobble de gook message, second time I emailed I was told to be patient, it’s in transit.Don’t order!!! I wouldn’t have had I realised it was coming from China, the website has an English address.

I have only given 1 star as i had too. Ordered on 9 th may still waiting. Emailed many times .DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM . I will be surprised if i every receive my order

Waited 8 weeks, chased several times and tracking was no good as didnt update from 28th May (arrived 26th June and ordered 2nd May) finally arrived and almost all the items were not like the pictures and very poorly made. Ordered some 3/4 length trousers which are full length! Spent quite a bit too 🙈 do not recommend and would give no stars.

Absolute scam do not order anything from here.

Ordered 12 weeks ago still waiting. Emailed customer service simple enquiry asking average delivery period to UK. No answer. Didn't realise until I had placed my order and made payment that it was coming from China as the address listed on the home page is a UK one. Wish I had read the awful reviews on here before parting with over 50 pounds.

Like so many on here I would have given zero if I could. Items are horrendous quality. Customer service is brutal. I asked to return items but was told I would have to stump up the costs to return them to China (says nothing about China when you order) they then offered me 15% refund which I never got. AVOID !!!

I would have given a zero if it was possible! I waited months for my order to arrive and when it finally did, half of it was missing and the other half was utter tat. Cheap copies of the items shown on the website. SCAM!!! AVOID!

3 months ago I ordered from here & still nothing! I have asked for my money back numerous times & they won’t give it to me!! The tracking has not changed once so it’s obvious I have not received what I paid for. I’m so angry....how can I escalate this?! I’m £50 out of pocket I’m ragging

Stay away from this company, I placed an order on 10th May, I received 1 item and the rest appear to have gone missing, they keep telling you to wait a couple of days, their tracking cant even find the item....SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, like others I wish I had checked the reviews first.

Loricoco is a total scam AVOID AT ALL COSTS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RECIEVE GOODS....I ordered over 2 months ago and heard nothing!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT !!

Ordered from this company over a month ago now still not received my order. Asked for a refund via email said i won't get one as my order has been sent. No number to contact customer service. Please do not buy from them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAM SCAM SCAM - if i could leave less than one star i would - these are scamming theiving b******s - i have been waiting almost two months for my stuff, keep getting told it is on the way and to be patient yet tracking has not updated since the time that i ordered weeks and weeks ago - if you try have contact with them you just get stupid automated email - AVOID AVOID AVOID

They sent me an item nothing like the photo on their website and only offered 15% refund...
