I was in Westfield by chance when I head to Lola’s and had cinnamon bun and though I’m fussy when it comes to treat. It was surprisingly the best cinnamon bun I ever had. Will definitely have again

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
I am very sorry for the disappointment experienced on this occasion as you found the cake to be too sweet.
This cake is decorated entirely with buttercream icing which is the sweetest tasting icing we offer and can be too sweet for some based on personal preference.
I can perhaps suggest our cream cheese icing or ganache icing cakes which are a little less sweet in taste due to the nature of these icings.
If there is anything you would like to discuss further please feel free to send an email to hello@lolascupcakes.com
Kind regards,

Nothing wrong with the store and the service. Choice of cake for my DDs birthday was bad. Opted for Vegan and Gluten Free Lemon and Raspberry Cake, which was too sharp for our taste. Had to throw away half of it. :(

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
I am very sorry for the disappointment experienced on this occasion.
I will of course note your comments with regards to the taste and that perhaps the lemon flavour was too strong for your liking for our teams to review.
If there is anything further we can help with please feel free to send an email to hello@lolascupcakes.com
