Lola's - Lola's Westfield Stratford Anmeldelser

Ordered the test kitchen products: lemon cake, chocolate crisp and cinnamon scroll. Everything was delicous =)

Amazing cupcakes and brownies such good quality and amazing stagf

Great team, and the new test kitchen items were truly awesome - The best thing I tried was the everything bagel scroll, which was lovely, cheesy, and savory.

Lola's is always the stop for birthdays, and some of the test kitchen items are going to be epic on the savory side!

Was pleasantly surprised with the test kitchen. Personally think Lola makes the best buttercream cakes

New test kitchen mixed brownie bag was delicious !!!!

Absolute perfection! Moist cakes at an affordable price!
Very polite staff

Very delicious my daughter loves every detail on cake

Lola’s cakes are delicious and my family love getting these cakes for their birthday.

My review is long but I like to give a good review if I’m happy with a company

There cakes are always fresh and light and fluffy so they never last a week in my house!!

The packaging is beautiful and protects the cake especially the 20 year anniversary images it’s sad to recycle them !!

I was unable to collect on the day so called customer services they were very friendly and held my cake until the next day.

The staff when collecting are friendly and polite or if receive a delivery

I have earned loyalty points but I only wished the points did not run out so quickly as I only buy cakes when it’s a birthday so not very often

i would say while the cupcakes are delicious sometimes the icing on the cupcakes can be very thick but maybe that’s just my personal preference.

i also wish i could personalise the toppings on the cakes as some of the cakes have toppings that my family would not eat so I wish I could have the option to add a different topping instead.

But hands down they are the most delicious cakes and my family LOVE these cakes I hope they bring out more cake flavours soon Yum !! 😋

Taste amazing. I ordered birthday cake for my daughter. The taste was amazing,It was very well presented at collection from Stratford.

Tasty, yummy cupcakes and cakes.

Really lovely cake, fresh sponge and the perfect sweetness

Everything we taste is of high quality and delicious; the quality, flavor, and freshness are all excellent.

Cakes were just sumptuous, so delicious every time!

The cake looked beautiful, but unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped. We felt it lacked moisture and was a little dry, which was disappointing as it wasn’t up to the usual high standards we’ve come to expect from Lola’s.

Ordering was very easy, great discount for NHS staff and the cake was delicious!
The delivery fee is a bit expensive so I opted for the store pick up which was okay. Staff who served me were great and it was quick.

Easy to order online, a reliable service and a very tasty cake, nicely packaged for pick up in Westfield, Stratford.

Very nice, plus well made

Amazing experience from buying online, collecting the cake was so easy as well. The cake was absolutely beautiful just like in the photos of the website and it was incredibly yummy too

Picking up was easy and straightforward and the lady that attended to me was very nice.

Customer service was dismissive of my order and needs on the day of collection and purchase at Stratford Westfield ground floor. I stood there asking for help and a recommendation for a birthday cake for a birthday, however thelady there was too busy making up other orders, and the man didn't even approach me to ask if I needed anything. The lady resumed to tell the maan that i asked for a red velvet birthday cake and he just boxed and asked for the money through the payment machine. I asked if he could set it aside for 2 minutes whilst I grabbed a coffee from nextdoor and he said he didn't have space, even though I was the first customer of the day 10 am!
