Website stated it was giving away a free tote bag if you spent so much, so I spent more to get the bag, when the order was delivered no bag was in the parcel.
I have contacted customer service and had no response.

The free tote bag promotion required the item to be manually added to the basket via the pop‑up that appeared on screen once the qualifying spend was reached, which is why it unfortunately wasn’t included in your order.
We’re so sorry for any delay in responding to your email. Our customer care team operates Monday–Friday between 9am–3pm, and your message was received after 3pm on Friday, so it was picked up on the next working day. Please be assured we’re always happy to help and would welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you.
