We are currently in the process of buying our new home at Mill Brook Green in Axminster, and the experience so far has been outstanding. Building a home can feel overwhelming, but they have made every step of the journey smooth, transparent, and treated us with so much respect and understanding with regards our circumstances.
Both Sophie Gale and Hazel Canniford have been part of our journey from the start, their communication has been exceptional. We receive regular updates on the construction progress, and any questions we have are answered quickly and professionally. When we have visited the site, we are impressed by the organisation, cleanliness, and the high quality of craftsmanship on display. We had a meet the builder visit with Andy the site manager and Tony Longbottom who gave us a presentation of how our home is constructed and explained everything, answering all our questions with detail. Every team member we have dealt with—both on-site and in the office—has been polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making this a great experience for us.
Thank you to everyone involved for your hard work so far. We are so excited to see the finished result and highly recommend them to anyone considering a new build.
You are all a credit to Linden Homes and the wider Vistry group is so lucky to have you all onboard, if we were to buy a new build again we would want to deal with you guys personally. Thank you

We’ve recently bought our first home with Linden Homes and we’ve had such a positive experience so far!
Being first-time buyers, we obviously had loads of questions and weren’t really sure what to expect from the whole process, but Stuart and Clare at Pleasley View have been absolutely brilliant. They’ve both been so helpful and friendly throughout, and whenever we’ve had a question or weren’t sure about something, they’ve always been happy to help and put our minds at ease.

First time buyer - Littleport
As a first-time buyer, I was pleased with the support I received from Linden Homes throughout the process.
Colin, Samantha, Rachel, Kevin and Wayne were helpful, approachable and kept the process moving at every stage. Having an understanding team around me made reaching each milestone much less stressful.
The solicitors and mortgage broker recommended by Linden Homes were also excellent which helped make the process run smoothly from start to finish, given they know each other and work together often it makes things happen sooner due to each parties knowledge of the development already being present.
Especially appreciate the care after completion, willingness to check in and make sure things are ok and provide a small skip to get rid of cardboard as well as garden rotavation and a good clean prior to moving in.
Would highly recommend buying flooring and fitting through them as well as an appliance package, made life a lot easier and makes moving in simple!
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am grateful for all the support I received. I would happily recommend Linden Homes to other buyers.

Excellent service and after care
We have now been living in our new build home for a year and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The house has been built to a really high standard and we have been so impressed with the quality and finish of our home.
Like with any new build, we have had a few minor issues along the way, but what has really stood out to us is how quickly and efficiently everything has been dealt with. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and any concerns we have raised have been resolved in a very timely manner.
The level of customer service and support we have received throughout the year has been fantastic. It’s reassuring to know that if something does need attention, it is listened to and sorted without any unnecessary hassle.
After a year of living here, we can honestly say we absolutely love our home and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a well-built new home with excellent aftercare. ⭐️🏡
