So far Cathy, Beth & Lewis have been our guides and helping us choose the right house meant to be our home. Would definitely recommend Bellway and their team. Looking forward to hoping our house is more over designed and hope they welcome a few alteration and changes to the features inside that will make it feel more spaciuos to live in & practical for our convenience and comfort.

Myself and my husband have just reserved our, new three bedroom home the sawyer.
Staff are amazing in the sales office couldn’t ask for better, so welcoming and caring, with lots of advice on options. We are very excited and happy to have our perfect forever home reserved. Angela and Hannah are the best sales team we have ever met. 🥰 the whole experience is second to none.

The team at Bellway Brook meadows were fantastic all the way throughout my purchase. They made every step easy and co ordinated with my solicitor and estate agent and I didn't feel pressure from them at all. They knew I was invested in the purchase and back me all the way.

First of, the positive energy Chrisse gave us when the journey started was it for us. It was seamlessly amazing. Visited the Elemore site and had the lovely Tracy who went above and beyond to help us. I have visited many developments in my time, but feel we had outstanding service and Bellway should know what a great staff member they have.

From the minute we viewed our 1st bellway home, we knew it was the one, we had looked at several new builds but not found one that ticked every box, and we had actually been put off some builders due to the staff not being friendly or helpful at all.
But with Bellway this was the absolute opposite, Shirley the sales advisors at the Astley Fields development, was absolutely incredible, from the moment we met her, she was a total breath of fresh air, and seeing Shirleys excitement match ours throughout the journey was definitely something that made it more special for us. Nothing was ever too much and she always went above and beyond. We have now been in our beautiful new home a month and cant believe the joy and happiness its brought to us already, the property and spec is fantastic, location is utterly beautiful, the builders and site team, as well as after care, cant be faulted.
The only sad thing on completion was knowing we would have as much contact with Shirley now. But luckily as shes still on site we have kept in touch and seen her about. She honestly made our journey so easy and special, We have missed our appointments with her. She is as absolute credit to the Bellway team and certainly in the right job.

I recently purchased a new-build home in Swindon with Bellway, and it was a truly excellent experience. The entire process was completed within just one month, thanks to the recommended lending agency approved by Bellway, which made everything smooth and efficient.

The quality of the house is outstanding, and I’m very pleased with the overall result. What stood out the most was the exceptional support we received throughout the process. The lady who handled our purchase was absolutely fantastic — professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful at every stage.

My experience with Bellway so far has been absolutely seamless. From day one, just looking around for more information, to reserving a plot and organising all the finishing touches, my sales advisor Chloe has been incredibly helpful. She has gone the extra mile for me, communicated clearly and consistently and has been an absolutely joy to talk to. I couldn’t ask for someone better to guide me through the process. Dont buy flat from them. 1 they have contract with building managment companies and if you want to change the ecompany they will not allow to do that.2 belive me building managment company they provide you will only take your money and dont care about building. 3 flats looks nice for first few montsh then you will see how big mistake you have done. I asked you many times for help with our building mold is on stairs in flats , roof is leaking and their building managment company Remus doing nothing.
Any way if anyone want to see Bellway buildings come to Portman road reading see building inside ask people in this area what do they think about those flats :D. Do proper reserch. at the end of the day you will save lots of money. I dont know what i will do with my flat, i will try to sell it , but i will lose money on this deal .

Bought a new build on the hartwell park site and the new site manager mark mcgravey is a legend the help and service he is providing the site is amazing I’d definitely recommend anyone buying on this development

Very poor customer service. Reported issues are just ignored or signed off by site as completed.
Very poor quality finish.
Site Management have no intentions of addressing complaints.
I would not recommend this company.
I have followed the complaints processes for Bellway, but I get the impression that I’m seen as a problem.
