Only have one issue, user gets several calls a week, even if hasn’t pushed pendant. So must be too sensitive. Talked with customer service and we are trying couple adjustments. Cust serv very helpful

They did fine, BUT when they call, it shows as a robo call and does NOT show as Lifeline, so it looks like a spam call. For this reason, I did not answer the call. The caller ID needs to show as Lifeline.

I was lying injured in my driveway and couldn’t get up because my kneecap was fractured. The person who answered my call barely spoke English and kept asking me the same questions over and over again, like what room was I in? Well, I was desperate in my driveway! Then the line went dead and I wasn’t able to call anybody again. I was frantic! A couple of minutes later it turned out she had put me on hold, but she didn’t tell me what she was doing, which was summoning help, but I thought she had hung up on me.The help finally came, but this was a very stressful and unsatisfactory experience.

I recently fell in my front yard and broke my wrist and forearm. The lifeline went off right away and they summoned the EMTs to come for me. I am thankful for having my pendant.

I made it go off by mistake. It was traumatic for me. I didn’t want anyone alerted. I thought it was reset got back in bed and it went off again. The lady told me to go on the back and manually reset it. I was thankful!!

What I like about it if I fall I don’t have to call for an ambulance. I also like how I can link it to my cell phone so I know what my battery level is. (when I can login to the app on my phone.) I looked into the possibility that I’m at the only person who had the same problem, and apparently a significant amount of people might have still was resolved
It happened at the same time that I was having an issue with how my battery was not charging it was going from 100% to need to charge within a few minutes. I’m glad everything could’ve been resolved as quickly as it was what I I’m concerned about is it took 10 days versus 24 hours if it’s because my charger also had to be replaced I understand that I’m more concerned if my button needs to be replaced again, but next time the same flexibility where the button was still working on a battery level

I was told that customer service was in the US, to help elderly people who may have hearing or congnitive issues. IT IS NOT.

October 30th,25 I fell on my patio - hit my head on the tiles and bruised the left side of my body. I was not able to get up. My Lifeline device did NOT register the fall!! Fortunately for me I did not knock myself out and was able to push the button. Had to push several times. Finally a female voice responded - I told her that I fell and was not able to get up. She responded “what do you want me to do?” QUESTION? What would have happened to me if the fall had knocked me out? This is the second time this has happened to me. First time was about 1 1/2 years ago.
Date of experience was OCTOBER 30,25.

Lifeline has responded quickly MOST of the time when I have fallen. There was a period when response was not so good, but those problems have been resolved. Most recently, they were great!

My 91 y.o. mother’s Lifeline has not worked more times than it has. The necklace button has been replaced 5-6 times and the base unit 3-4. The shipping time on this lifesaving device was always 8-10 days (my Amazon pkg shows up next day). Customer service is all over the place between cust svc, tech and billing the left hand has no idea what the right is doing. And tech asst for a non-working device was not available on the weekend (again, for a lifesaving product).
