Ok, ayer por la noche reservé un servicio en moto, me asignaron a un conductor para hacer la recolección al día siguiente a las 10:30 am. Acercándose la hora de la recolección me meto a la aplicación y había un mensaje diciendo que habían perdido comunicación con el conductor (el conductor se encontraba en el mapa a 1 hora de distancia del domicilio de recolección). Pedí asignar a otro conductor y nada. Te piden dar propina por la aplicación para encontrar a un repartidor más rápido (la cual se la iba a dar en efectivo), pero accedí a darla desde la app, ¡y nada!. Te vuelven a pedir más propina para signar aún más rápido a otro repartidor..¿de qué se trata este servicio pésimo?. En atención a clientes las respuestas son nefastas, ineptas y no resuelven. Este servicio es un robo y te toman el pelo, se han ganado una GRAN QUEJA ante PRFECO.

Second driver cancelled trip after confirmation, saying there's too much traffic... in Singapore?!.. absolutely unreliable service, created lots of problems for multiple people involved, waiting for a driver.

The app recommends tip BEFORE a driver even accepts. This encourages cherry-picking. When drivers change their minds, they ask the customer to cancel for them so they will not be "dinged" so they are playing the system. Either Lalamove doesn't pay well or the drivers have gotten used to bad practices.

lalamove in Philippines. will not recommend for emergency situations, most of the time the riders are unresponsive and late, and they can also be picky.

Lalamove in Singapore has deteriorated so fast. I have a delivery order this morning. The driver picked up a few hours ago and disappeared not answering messages. When I use live chat, need to wait very long, the agent immediately replied and said he is leaving the chat. There is no chat at all.... worst service ever. Both driver and support disappearing. There is no support at all. Very disappointed. Have no idea how to retrieve my stuff.

Pésimo servicio te roban los conductores y no se hacen responsables solo hay un chat inservible y no puedes comunicarte con nadie. No los contraten por favor!

Giving feed back for my recently riders ma attitude si kuya through my calm voice sumisigaw sya ng p-pick up ko yung pina lalamove nag order kasi ako from fb page then the product is totally paid and the transaction is very difficult si manong rider yung transaction payment is 120+ lang and then pag dating dito sa pick up almost 210 na ang singil ni manong lalamove rider sakin kaya naman bayaran pero ang tanong bakit nag mahal ng ganun ang sabi ni rider almost 30mins na raw sya naka parking nag wwait samin but pag ka dating nya andun na kami, same lng ng dating pero nag tagal lng around 10mins or 15 pero grabe na singil ni manong parang galit pa na may lakad daw sya we have our own time and prioritize but as a rider it's your responsibility to give the product to the costumer so basically bakit galit na galit si rider bakit daw ang tagal ng pick up then ang mahal o nag dagdag ng payment fee si manong gusto Kong makita yung payment fee pero ayaw ipakita ni manong rider hoping nxt time na maging magalang at maayos ang pag deliver hindi po yung balagbag at parang galit pa it's their work and duties po. Nakuha ko po pala ang plate number ni manong 1303-1249110 NCR TONDO'S FINEST po ang plate number ni manong hoping ingat sa rides and next time be calm and polite to their costumers po. Thankyou!

I was a rider for Lala. There are several issues I have against lalamove. The distance before you accept the job is lesser than after you accept the job. But this is least of my issues. You need to really focus on the amount being paid because occasionally the amount can change during your delivery (not in your favour). Their is no recourse if you come across an issue. Very difficult to get any kind of assistance and the operators are usually rude with not much alternatives for you. Also they will just leave the chatroom half way through your texting with the prompt saying, "the person has left the chatroom". Yes, they will leave you 'high and dry'. Now for a true story - I had a delivery order to deliver to Mount Elizabeth in Orchard road. The sender obviously didn't know how to place her own address. There was three addresses on the app. When I arrived, the person told me it was the correct address but there was no such order placed. I then tried to get in touch with lala but to no avail. They had also engaged another platform to undertake this delivery order. When I called the platform, the operator was bordering rudeness and talking very loud so I told him to calm down and try to assist me. He didn't have a clue and said he would call me back in ten minutes. When he called back, he didn't know what the name of the building was and just gave me an address with no unit number. It was raining heavily and I was trying my damdest to complete this nightmare! He told me that now, the customer had instructed to just leave the food package at the lobby and take a photo. I did everything as instructed and clicked on job completed. I took on another delivery and whilst proceeding, this 'other-app-fellow' called me and said the customer had not received the order. Asked if I could go back.... by this time I had wasted a lot of time and it was still raining. I told him I'm on to the next order and he said never mind then. Three days later lala called me and passively was blaming me for everything. Asked if I had photos, which I did and asked if I kept the call log in which I didn't. I simply said to check the address given and you will see clearly that the user gave the wrong address to begin with. I then went on to say that the fellow who spoke to me didn't know his job well. Couldn't even tell me if it was a hotel, condominium or hostel! Lala operator was adamant to throw me under the bus, anyway. She told me because "I" had no proof, twenty-plus dollars would be deducted from my lala wallet. I am not a greedy person and I never like to argue about money, I told her, " if this is about money, deduct the twenty but do not blame me! I did all I could to try and resolve the delivery order with little to no help from anyone! Later on during the day, I noticed that instead of twenty being deducted, forty was deducted. After another half an hour of trying to get in touch with lala helpline, the operator told me that from her side she can see that only twenty-plus was deducted. When I checked again, true to what she said, the other twenty was replaced! All I can say is, they will throw you under the bus and they are dishonest!

Never thought Lala move can be worse like this ! the rider DID NOT deliver my order at all, fake plate number , even the rider dosent match! the attitude of lala move live chat agency is more useless! no solution, but super fast to end the conversation even no response at all in the end ! Now im doubting do they verify the informations of the riders/drivers are not ! They even cannot contact the rider at all , cuz all they have is the same contact number from the APP ! which means, once there have problems, they cannot do anything !!!

Horrible! LALA-SCAM!!! Not Lalamove! Told me to topped up $100 so I can get a discount.. after I topped up & tried to book multiple times on multiple occasions, non was accepted.. I’ve emailed for a refund, no news at all,a year has passed & i emailed again …still nothing!!! Avoid at all cost if you don’t wanna get your money sucked in … wished I’ve read the reviews before..cause so many people had gotten into same situation as me!!!

WILLIAM GARCIA MARTINEZ no me entregó mi paquete con valor de mas de 4000 pesos y la empresa me dice que yo denuncie ante las autoridades , sin darme datos de William, dirección, ine algo. Muy mal.

topped up the lalamove account with $60 and attempted to book a few drivers over the course of 3 days. Not a single booking was accepted, despite me trying valiantly throughout the day from 10am - 6pm. This was met with various timeouts (from the system) or the drivers simply not accepting my orders.

Requested for a full refund from lalamove as I was unable to book despite trying (via the app/desktop) multiple times. However, I was unceremoniously charged a fee of $3 for the refund despite it being no fault of mine.

Please avoid this company especially if you have urgent deliveries as there are evidently insufficient drivers to meet demand. The icing on the cake would be for you to pay a 'fee' for their incompetency.

Worst company ever. I asked them to pickup 9 boxes of items, the driver pickup 9 boxes and deliver only 8 boxes. When I told him the total should be 9 boxes, the driver irresponsibly said he only pickup and deliver whatever given and left promptly. So he didn't even bother to count on the boxes that he is transporting? How could it be? Won't they have any sop on the delivery?

When I complaint it to lalamove, they said the driver provide proof that he pickup only 8 items. Guess what, the proof end up a poorly taken picture from the driver van which didn't even show the whole Van. How could it be a proof? Don't lalamove have the standard SOP on this? Now I lost $200 worth of item and there is no resolution for this. What a stupid company.

Also I ordered an MPV but the driver proof was showing a picture in his Van. Totally suspicious.

I used their app to submit an order.
The company quoted me a price.
I accepted and La La Move was paid.

Driver never show up. No refund was ever given.

Should have filter for scam and direct report. Also, to ask their customer to state order clearly before requesting.. too much scam ask to topup singtel dash..

It used to be good, but now it's just terrible, terrible, terrible! When the rider messed up the order, the platform didn't even compensate or provide a solution. The live chat customer service was even worse, just giving us a link to file complaints and then closing the conversation. Till today still no follow up nor reply from them.

Why not just replace those real people with bots? It's not much different, and it could save some money for the company.

Honestly, I do not recommend Lalamove if you have other options.

PHILIPPINES branch. The driver accepted a transaction even though he was not knowledgeable about the pick-up location.
In addition, the customer service representatives are rude, unaccommodating, and doesn't seem to know what to do, as they kept asking me.
