Driver placed my item at the wrong house.
After that customer service tell me cannot do anything about it, the bag inside the item cost over $1k but they say can only refund $200 max due to a policy thats only listed for employee to see and not for public to know. The ops team keeps avoiding my calls and messages and does not want to reply me back.

We bought / headups this up with lalamove support 3x but the the 3 support just ignore this..
What if the original driver did not see the booking an did not call us? It would be a great hasstle to resolve this.

This is honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with Lalamove. It's honestly better to talk to the bot than deal with their customer service. They were not only unhelpful but also unfriendly. We had to wait in a long queue, and even when we finally reached someone, they couldn't even wait for us for a second.
Not only that, but it seems like complaints regarding driver behavior are completely ignored. This is unacceptable! I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of proper service, and I expect better from a company like Lalamove. I am filing an official complaint, and I expect action to be taken immediately.
You want to have a headache???
You want to have a headache? Go ahead and use this awful provider. From cheating drivers to poor app experience to poor customer service, you name it, they've got it. Even their wallet refund link is not updated. It's like they don't want to refund your money. I regret using this provider. Going back to grab. Maybe more expensive, but at least more reliable than this. This company will go down when they don't fix these issues.

Worst delivery service ever
Worst delivery service ever! Ordered something from within Hong Kong and they shipped it through "Lalamove" funny thing is it says same day delivery, but this same day delivery should've arrived 3 DAYS ago, (the day my delivery was supposed to arrive wasn't a typhoon day) the next day we had typhoon 3 during the day but SF (arguably the best delivery service in Hong Kong) was still delivering couriers all day long, "lalamove" says they deliver during typhoon 3 but I don't believe them because I can't even track where my delivery is, "lalamove" should spend less money on ads and make their service more tech savvy, its 2024, nearly 2025, what sort of shitty delivery service doesn't have real time tracking? oh wait thats Lalamove, if I hear their shitty lalamove song once again I'm gonna crash out, they are awful, stay away from Lalamove at all costs!

Poor service and lack of customer support
Been a loyal client of Lalamove for over two years, using their service 5 days a week. Until now...
On November 6th I booked priority delivery with Lalamove (order 147796857373) to have frozen goods delivered to me. I use exactly the same booking 2-3 times a month, and usually it takes 35-60 min to deliver.
The order was accepted by the rider Nico Isahck Tenorio (phone number +639466171851, motorcycle plate number 344PZX) at 8:41 AM. Only after 40 minutes at 9:20 AM he messaged me that he is on the way, nearby to pick up. Same time I informed the rider that it's frozen goods and asked to deliver it without delay.
Order was picked up at 10:42 AM only (2 hours after the booking conformation).
At 12 noon rider was still on his way, not answering my calls and SMS.
I contacted Lalamove customer support chat to help me. The agent tried to contact the rider as well but without any luck. During 3 hours I keep chatting the customer support agent and explain my problem at least 5 times as the chat was changing the agents every once in a while without them giving me a clear answer. The last two agents told me that they created a ticket (same number as my order number) and that I have to wait while another department processing it. But no one gave me exact timeframe for the solution, despite I asked about it several times.
At 3 PM I received a call from the rider that he is having a problem with my address (what can't be true as I used to book the same delivery a dozen times before with no issues), problem with his phone, that he is somewhere else and can't reach my place. The customer support was informed about that call as well immediately. I sent my address to the rider once again via SMS.
Eventually I received my goods at 3:48 PM. The priority booking, what I was charged for from Lalamove wallet automatically, took 6 hours to be completed.
The goods were defrosted and damaged, impossible to use anymore. The cost of it is 1520 pesos. Plus delivery fee is 159 pesos.
The driver tried to tell me some ridiculous things like his phone got broken, no charge, he lost the address, the address was incorrect etc. He even seemed to me drunk or under influence of substances as his speech was not clear, but I can't be sure. He marked my order as delivered and signed the form in app without my consent by 2:17 PM.
I messaged to support during that day from 12 noon to 4 PM, asking for solution but still didn't get any after 5 days. Today, on November 10th, to my new message via customer support chat I get only one reply, that it's to late to file a complaint as 24 hours passed. They can't find my ticket and not going to solve the problem as time frame already passed.
Seems like Lalamove is intentionally limits their contact channels for clients, as even the complaint form on their website is disabled.
Entitled rider, bad/greedy rider practices
Rider called to "tell" (do mind, he didn't "ask", he was informing) me that he will do a double-booking, which meant canceling my order, marking it as completed, so he can accept another delivery.
And do note, the booking isn't that far off. It's for a picked up item from Guadalupe to my apartment in Timog. Would have been pleasant if the rider asked politely, I swear if I could type and express his tone into words, you could see the entitled nature of the rider.
I ended up accepting it and I did get the item after 4 hours lol. The review complaint is for the attitude of the rider and how the app continues to allow this.
The extra star is for the other kind riders making a difference, but collectively, Lalamove and the majority of riders are terrible.
Lalamove is a scam poor customer complaint action
There are a lot of scammers at lalamove. Beware. We got strike 3 and that's it we will never use them again. They don't even show any responsibility for the actions of their drivers. They don't care about whether you get scammed and their customer service reply is the worst. They will say that they will cancel the complaint within 24 hrs if you don't answer and yet it takes them more than a week to answer back. Then if they cannot give you a definite answer they will just drop your case. We kept on filing the complaint but the same scenario.
I would rate Lalamove 0 if I could
If you're a business owner and need a dependable and reliable service, go look elsewhere. On several occasions, we had to refund our customers since they received their orders 2-3 hours after they were picked. The reason being that their delivery riders were double booking.
I don't know why these guys have a 4.8 rating on the App Store because they have been extremely horrible to work with and customer service is basically non-existent.
Go bring your business elsewhere because these guys just suck.

Customer service is not helpful! They will end the chat and leave you when they dont know the answer to your query. I still have a follow up question but just provided me a link then end the chat. Agents name are Lorie and mykie
NO payment for sticker incentive program
I have been on the lalamove sticker incentive program for many years. Recently, the stop paying me even after I promptly sent them the required photos of the stickers.
Have spoken to their live chat staff and they told me they would escalate the issue but nothing happen after many complains. Its aproaching oct and im still not paid for aug and sept.
This company is unreliable to its working partner. I do not recommend working with them.
As a lalamove rider
As a lalamove rider with a registered small car. Customer should have some common sense, if they want a door to door service then pay for it! Not doing a charity service here. Expected to park car then go up to malls..go up to your condominium without you paying for door to door service? Why? And to those cheapskate customer aldy know that you have big sized items then why book for motorbike! Couldn't book for a car lalamove is it? Customers please don't be too much and take advantage of us riders. Have some common sense.
