NO TO LALAMOVE!
Last 11/30/2023, Lalamove driver HARRYL ORDAS got my payment of Php3,550.00 but did not deliver my goods. Immediately reported this to Lalamove Customer Support and after giving the requirements, still no resolution nor refund were made.
Too bad, that they can't resolve for small amounts; what more for higher or significant amounts?

I had a nightmare doing delivery for Lalamove. Scam is going on within the lalamove. Customer put up delivery request asking delivery driver to purchase items at 7 Eleven using driver's money. Buying foods, snack and Singtel dash reload to transfer the amount to the customer account. When delivered the food to the customer place he did not answer my call. Address unit number is wrong. No such person in the address. Contact lalamove at 2am for
help but so frustating. End up the customer MIA and my money for the item purchased for him not given back to me. I am supposed to collect cash from him for my delivery payment. The gaps is.. Lalamove should ensure the customer who making the delivery request must have a valid contact number and valid address. Job order to specifically stated in the delivery request and no purchasing of items by drivers.
To all delivery brothers be aware and take due deligent when taking delivery order. Do not fall to big amount delivery payment and do check on the item request by the customer. Don't purchase for customer using own money.
Worst company to relocated with
Worst company to relocate your house with. They break your stuff and there's no accountability from their staff nor their customers services. They broke most of my furniture and then their compensation is a max of 100rm for the broken stuff if they have enough evidence, you have to fill a form and show the before and after pictures, so if you still want to work with them make sure you take enough picture before their incompetent partners break all your stuff. They broke 4 of my shoe racks each cost more than 700rm, and the driver answer was "still can use still can use", so f*cked up. Incompetent drivers, bad service, dirty service, there's way better company and services which they do the same job. Lalamove is only good to send small items. 0 star for customer service, 0 star for partnering selection, 0 start for relocating services, 0 star for handling your furniture and items, 0 star for their business model

If there is a negative -5 stars, this is the rating for Lalamove Malaysia. They don't even deserved 1 star rating. Their delivery partners SUCKS a big time. Took 2.5 hours to deliver a food product and they delivered it to the WRONG place. Now I cant even get a REFUND. I am going to make police report for CHEATING.
Every interaction feels like I'm being scammed
Just one of those companies that has some useful functionality but the whole way they operate feels like I'm getting scammed. Both by the platform and by the drivers who will quote and then demand more money while on the job.
A lot of drivers don't speak comprehensible english as well so it's a situation rife for miscommunications and a bad experience.
You can get cheaper movers on Carousell.
Oh and by all means don't deposit credit into your account, that is actually a scam. You can only deposit in $150 increments and you won't be able to withdraw it so it's effectively stolen money. You also then lack leverage against the drivers since they have already been paid, better to have them working for the cash they haven't received than looking to hold your order hostage for more money while on route.
Booking takes a lot of time
Booking takes a lot of time, forcing you to add a drivers tip , worst is while doing booking and cancelling it due to long time duration of waiting Lalamove automatically deducts money from my wallet :(

No intention to resolve your issues. Very very frustrating, especially since they take so unreasonably long to assign you a live agent to ‘help’ u.
Delivery and Even Customer Service (which is supposed to assist you), Awful!
Lalamove allows several booking, even without notifying the customer. I had 2 deliveries who had been urgent but was disregarded. When connecting to their customer services to file complaints, live agents do not help you resolve issues and if you do not reply in a minute or 2, they will disconnect with your chat. Then you'll have to be reconnected and go thru the same reporting of the incident of your complaint.
The actual delivery service and even customer service group who is supposed to assist disregard customers. You can get low price rates with Lalamove but in exchange for all the hassle and inconvenience they'll give you. You might as well go to other delivery services that might have a little higher rate but with guaranteed good service. Lalamove NOT RECOMMENDABLE.
Lots of Scammers and Thief
Careful with who you are dealing with. Document everything because their company will not help you and instead will only say not enough evidence even though their drivers actions are questionable.
Go to Grab instead. Lalamove customer service is a pain and incompetent. They will side with their own personal gain than solve issues.
So so bad experience. Make them your last resort and don't expect much. If you'll gonna use their service, make it to the point that it wont matter if will be lost or you'll be deceived.
Lalamove PH is NOT RECOMMENDED.

If you want a professional, consistent and trustworthy delivery system....Stay the heck away from lalamove. I have business and I decided to try them for delivery and could not believe how unprofessional, and unaware the drivers I had were. You literally need to draw a map for them and then some. And still a 1.8 km drive took one of them 30 minutes to get there. He got lost 3 times. In 1.8 km?????? Ayayay. And a few other issues that customer service blame us for not giving them enough information. I thought the address and Google map was a good start lol.

ordered bouquet with an fb shop that used this Lalamove delivery service area JB to send to hotel suria city, but runner mistakenly send to Selesa Jaya. after asked to recollect and resent, runner said "cant go back to the city unless there are deliveries there" when its their mistake to send items to wrong locations. Really unprofessional. Please improve on your delivering service to avoid wrongly send address again.
Scheduled delivery never happened but system says job completed - money's wasted!
I scheduled a delivery for 2 days later. The moment I clicked to confirm, a rider has taken the assignment. Soon after, strangely, the system asked me to rate the completed assignment whereas I had scheduled it for 2 days later in the system. And it was like 1am in the middle of the night when I clicked to confirm the job. Who would send for delivery at that time and the driver never came to my deliverer's place also!
So when the actual day came, obviously my order was not picked up. Lalamove doesn't even an email! I am overseas and am not able to call back! I felt cheated and frustrated as I've to rearrange with others to pick up my delivery. I do wonder if they even bother to read trustpilot. I want all the credited money in my account back if you don't reach out to me and fix the wrong either in your system or your riders!

Lorry driver damage my materials and ask for extra pay without complete the order. Called lalamove CS, told me that is I have place the order, even they unable to complete it, I also must pay all the cost. They say the policy is the driver never liable any damage. Don't use lalamove, irresponsible company. No action towards the driver as well.
