Good value products delivered at a reasonable cost. Bulk bags placed conveniently on the side of the driveway by the driver. In contrast to other well known suppliers, DIY customers don't seem to be treated as second class to trade customers.

Ordered 2 pallets of Pavestone Ivory porcelain tiles only to receive 2 different colours. Two different batch numbers. This was spotted when builders started on second pallet. Called Kellaway (Rob - very helpful) and was informed they would have to locate another pallet. This meant the builders were left with nothing to use for two days following a weekend. They therefore had another job to go to and cost me further to rebook them at some delay. Called and spoke to somebody else to ask if, as some small compensation, I could receive the grouting free. Apparently its not their fault, they don't necessarily check batch numbers? And tiles come from different locations? Beggers belief. I did shout at the dog to stop barking and the phone was slammed down on me. I called back only to be told I was rude and again the phone was slammed down on me and he wouldn't give me the Managers name. Now, after calling back I appear to have been blocked. This is what you get after spending a £ thousand pounds with Kellaway. Whatever happened to customer service? Well, the builders did warn me as they've had the same experience in the past. However I wanted to use a local firm. I clearly got that wrong! I have since received a call and have resolved the situation.

I ordered fence materials on the website, last night, for collection at the Bath site. I had an early response from the depot this morning to advise the order was ready for collection. The depot staff were helpful with loading into my van and processing the paperwork.
Now back working on the new fence.

I can only give 5 stars for the assistance I had from the guys at the Bath branch, really helpful and great communications when there was an unplanned delay with delivery. Goods arrived and are great quality. Can't ask for much more.

Orderd 1 ton of sharp sand for wednesday 22/4/26 had to phone later on wednesday to see where my order was only to be told that it won't be delivered on wednesday it will be the 2nd drop on Thursday 23/4/26 nothing turned up by 12.30 pm so another phone call to kellaway was told be their within 2 hours another lie it turned up at 16.30

Placed order on 20 March 26 and requested to cancel on 23 March 26 ahead of delivery. I am yet to receive a refund or any correspondence whatsoever despite numerous promises to ‘call back’. It’s £197.93 so not significant to them but hugely significant to me. I just want my refund!

Ordered some black lime mortar twice online and it was with me in a day. 2 very lovely delivery drivers kindly put the bags where I had asked. So helpful and courteous- a credit to your company.

Great price for the products I wanted, and easy to use website for ordering. Unfortunate series of mishaps around delivery which ended up a few days later than hoped (hence 4/5 stars) but friendly communication and great delivery chap who was very careful and professional. I look forward to live delivery tracking which I hear is in the pipeline!

I ordered breeze blocks and mortar for a wall which I needed urgently. The items were also cheaper than at other suppliers! Adam at Bath branch went out of his way to find me a very quick delivery time. It was delivered by Yate branch and a member of the team called me to let me know the delivery time. What great service and teamwork.

Ordered Cerney gravel 2 dumpy bags (amazing price I will add too!) over the phone to the Bridgewater site on Saturday and the process was smooth as butter and was able to select delivery for today (2nd April). It arrived by 11am although there were no delivery updates with a time slot but this didn't deflect from the top notch service provided. Gravel looks lovely and bags are generously filled! Won't go anywhere else for gravel and will order other things now from Kellaway! Thank you!
