K&R Group Ltd regularly use Kellaway as a preferred supplier. The relationship we have with Alex and the team means they know how busy we are on site/running our own business.
Yesterday, Alex re-arranged their deliveries to urgently get some materials to a site in Corsham for us. He then found an opportunity to bring the delivery forward a day and went on to contact our Builder client to see if this would help and arrange this, knowing our team would be busy. This service goes beyond our expectations and is exactly the type of outstanding service that should be recognised. Thank you again.

No respect for disabled customers
No respect for disabled customers. My partner was asked by the delivery driver to help them carry the fencing panels and posts around to the back of the garden. Once my partner said I can try but I am disabled the driver huffed and looked her up and down. This is really disrespectful and no one should be left feeling like crap when they select home delivery for anything. On top of that our gate was missing and he said he would get it out for the Monday. Monday never arrived. My partner had to chase them and they said you shouldn’t have been told that and we decide when it gets delivered.
