I looove my Toastada shirt and plush. Took long enough for the order to arrive but I think that’s because it was time limited. But the support was very fast and nice.

I got the Tostada t-shirt, rug, and plush for my daughter for Christmas this year. She has been following Jaiden Animations for years now and really loves her and so this was a great surprise for her.

The items are all well-made and will last. They are a little bit more expensive but are also worth the price because of their quality; they are not cheaply made. We are very happy with our purchase!

Not only does Juniper Creates sell Mariah Elizabeth ‘s beautiful products—stuffies, books, and toys that my granddaughters love, their customer service is prompt when contacted. This makes buying Mariah Elizabeth’s products easy as well as any follow-up on preorders. Highly recommended by a Grandma and happy granddaughters.

the time it took to be delivered is reasonable, a lot of people wanted the plushies, the clothing, and the other stuff, so the time is reasonable. the prices I feel are pretty fair, 35 bucks for a Toastada plush is incredible, I woulda paid 45 bucks for one of those. I like how the websites looked, just great in general.

I love playing gorilla tag and having a monkey in real life was so cool and the shipping was not bad came here in like 2 weeks which is not bad. overall 5/5

The shirt I ordered was above and beyond what I expected. The quality is amazing, the printing is perfect, and the fit is amazing. Customer service was outstanding and the recipient loves it!

They never delivered my package . They claim they tried unsuccessfully when I provided two valid addresses three different times. I am still trying to get a refund. I will never use them again.

On 11/24 I ordered a hoodie from Juniper Creates. On 12/7 at 8:45 in the morning, I emailed them to stop the shipment because the shipping address was incorrect. They didn't respond to my email until 12/7 at 8:13 PM to tell me the package returned to sender and that I would have to pay a fee for re-shipment. The shipping tracker did not even reflect that the package had been shipped at this time. Juniper also has no available customer service phone support.

Juniper went from 12/17 to 12/20 without responding to my daily emails regarding the fact that the item was successfully returned to sender and I would like a refund. They responded saying the courier hadn't notified them yet and they would reach out when they did.

I then received no further contact until I reached out on 12/27 that the item was still listed as successfully returned - in this email I again asked for a refund. They responded on 12/28 that a refund was not possible and that the package hadn't been returned. I responded immediately with a screenshot of the package having been successfully returned on 12/15 and the agent, who I have been dealing with this whole time, said they were going to forward my complaint to their manager.

The lack of phone support is troubling. The way they've handled this issue makes it feel incredibly scammy. The money they're saving from not having phone support should be allocated to hiring more support agents if phone support is out of the question. My order number is HJ2562028.

This hoodie is super comfortable! And one of my favorites, I’m 5”2, 150lbs and ordered a large, I should have went with a medium, because it’s super big it fits my husband who’s 5”11, 220lbs, but I still wear it.
I do wish it had the kangaroo pouch though.

Juniper have a great range of merch and is my go to for goodies for my kids from their favourite YouTubers. The communication is great on lead times, when a pre sale closes, following through with estimated shipping dates and then info when it's dispatched. I've bought many times and would happily recommend and return again.

I had ordered 3 T-shirts for the VTuber AI Neurosama. I was wondering where they were, and finally checked the tracking.

The tracking said delivered, and I checked my doorbell camera. A package WAS delivered, but it was not my items.

I had been wondering why I had received a random package containing a child's personalized night light with Cambria on the name 8 days ago. This package was what was delivered.

The package also contained 3 shipping labels layered, with mine on top. So I have no idea where my $84 of items are currently.

Ordered 3 gorilla tag plushies. Shipping was 14 days from order. Plushies are good quality and my kids love the in game bonus as well. Originally only received 1 in game code but customer service was very helpful in emailing the 2 missing codes. Overall very satisfied.

Only thing a little bit bad is that their products are on the expensive side, but they are still worth it because they are very nice products!

I first ordered this as my little girl and her Mummy,my Beautiful Wife, absolutely adore this monkey. They sit for hours drawing,painting,talking,laughing while making Beautiful memories together.
My Beautiful Wife is bed bound and recieving palliative care now so memories are all our little girl will one day have.
I accidentally cancelled these after I got scammed by another company. I thought it was these guys,oops.
The second I realised I contacted customer support and got through to Cecille. I explained everything except the palliative care part as I didn't want to put that on him if he couldn't help.
Anyway,long story short ,Cecille came through like a true star. I only told him of my Beautiful Wife being sick once it was all sorted.
Cecille, if you read this,please know you've made a huge,beautiful difference to a little family in the UK. Memories are being created as I type.
