Great! Maybe try to increase the Loan for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ FE it was last year released but only 10k for second hand.

Super walang kwenta dyan and waste of time lang! Don’t dare to try kasi ang baba din nila sobra mag appraise at yung appraiser nila is not really knowledgeable. Sabihin ba naman na fake items daw yung ibang dala ko. So ibig sabihin ba fake ang binebenta sa mismong LV or gucci store? Kita naman sobrang daming bad reviews. Dapat kumuha sila ng magaling mag appraise…. Nasa high end area kayo dapat magaling ang appraiser na kinukuha nyo. Yun lang talaga ang di ko matanggap yung sabihin fake daw, wow ha! Seryoso kayo? Papakahirap pa magpunta sa inyo para sa fake??! Ano yun magbabakasakali kung lulusot ganun? Magpalit na kayo ng appraiser nyo and be fair kung gusto nyo pang tumagal ang business nyo..

Everything was good and organized. They just need to work on efficiency.

Just a walk in not a regular client but the service and treatment was AAA. You get top peso for your things. I would definetly recommend pawnhero for your financial needs moneywise. All in all you can surely rely on them. Cheers and kudos to pawnhero

Terms and Conditions lack clause about returning your item after you have paid for your loan. I have already paid my loan for 6 days and they still have not returned my item. They are not even responding to numerous emails sent to them, like they are ignoring you and they don't care whether you get your item back or not. This has not been the case before, but their service now has really declined.

We were assisted with a smile, everyone was courteous- from the reception (kuya) up to processing. We had a delightful experience expecially with the spin to win.

I have been a loyal client, and this is not thr first time I pawned my items with Pawnhero. The problem is, whenever I go to your office for a walk-in transaction, it always took ONE TO TWO HOURS before everything’s taken cared off. Very time consuming. The reason I always go for a walk-in transaction is to get it done more smoothly than online, yet it’s even WORSE!

I visited your office yesterday at 6 PM, and your staff informed me that my bag couldn't be accepted due to authenticity concerns. It's ironic, as the final approver seems unable to distinguish between authentic and original items. First, the final approver according to the guy who assisted me, said, it has "MADE IN CHINA" so it's fake, it should be made in Italy. Let me tell you this,The "Made in China" label alone does not necessarily indicate a fake product. Many luxury brands have manufacturing facilities in various countries, including China, and produce high-quality, authentic items there. THAT BAG which is the luxury fashion brand, has its roots in SWITZERLAND and NOT ITALY! What's even more AMUSING is that this bag was recently redeemed from your office. When I mentioned this, then I heard the guy who initially assisted me, shouted and said, "OH LAGOT KA, GALING NA PALA ITO DITO!" and LAUGHED! that's just right after he went out from the cubicle/small room when I told him that this was accepted here recently, and I still have the ticket from your company! Then he went back and told me that it can't be accepted anymore due to the model (REALLY????), which is a nonsensical reason. Your appraiser seems both poor and misguided. Additionally, your customer service is lacking; despite multiple inquiries since Friday, emails, chats, and promised calls, there has been no response.

So disappointed!!! Provided estimate is far from the actual value that the guy I talked to advised!!! No notification that the item can not be renewed. not recommended.

The total experience and processing of the service is really great, friendly, reliable, and highly recommended.

First time to try how this works. But it doesn't meet my expectations just like the person who called and said that the estimated amount that's provided to me is just the initial and can be higher once the check it in their office. Fine though, at least I have the idea how they assist customer. (They will give you different pawn amount thats higher compared to the initial offer) All of a sudden they will change it to the lowest amount that you can pawn (acc to the appraiser). Im not sure why. Interest kinda high as well. Will get this item ASAP
