Quality product and helpful customer support!
Quality product and helpful customer support! I had all kinds of issues with the shipping company (at no fault of Juniper Creates). My order was "out for delivery" for literal weeks, but as soon as I contacted Juniper's support and they inquired about it BOOM, it arrived the next day. Hate the shipping company they have to deal with, but I am very happy with how quickly Juniper responded and how honest they were.
As for the hat I purchased, it is very nice. It has lovely embroidery (no glued-on crap), the distressing is subtle and doesn't compromise its integrity, and the adjustable slider in the back isn't a piece of junk.

The plushie arrived vacuum packed
The plushie arrived vacuumed packed and this made the metal rods inside the plushie move out of place in transit . It was difficult to align these back into the arms, legs and ears but apart from that it’s a good quality product. My daughter has it with her all the time , even in bed at night.

My child absolutely loves his Elliot plush! It is amazing quality. We were lucky to be one of the first to order and he was able to get his prior to Christmas. Great product. Worth buying.

My child loves his items
Exactly as described. Good customer service. Quick responses and knowledgeable. Stuffed animals will come air vacuumed but shape up just fine after a day or so.

Accurate time of arrival and package in good condition.
The package arrived in the time windows assigned(between November 27th to December 13th if i remember correctly). Other than that the contents of the package were in good condition. The delivery man actually called me a few times to confirm where he had to deliver the package wich was kinda funny honestly. Other than that it was all pretty organized and easy to understand.

"Your satisfaction is our number one priority"
Received a toy on Dec 2. Our kids didn't get to open the toy until Christmas day. The toy stopped working by 1st week of January. I contacted Juniper Creates on January 5th. Since it was 3 days past their 30 day return policy they said there was nothing they could do. We received a faulty toy and received no help whatsover. "Your satisfaction is our number one priority." Not even close to true. Don't expect any type of customer support.

Great Service
They constantly sent me emails letting me know when an item I bought from their store is on the way to my house. The delivery drivers made dropped it off as per the instructions given on my order receipt and the items come in perfect condition

I was amazed at the quality of Tostada!
I was completely amazed at the quality of the plush. It was well built, very sturdy and actually quite heavy. I have no fear of Tostada being worn out by my child. Worth every dollar paid!! Shipping was tracked the entire way and was delivered securely sealed! Thank you very much!
