Good service
Earlier this year, I purchased an Apex Neisse plush toy from Juniper Creates. Unfortunately, the item was returned without any communication to me, and it was later sold to another buyer. When I reached out, I was initially told that the item was sold out, which was frustrating given the situation.
However, after escalating the issue to their management team, I received a prompt response. They handled the matter professionally and provided a satisfactory solution, which I appreciated.
While the initial experience was disappointing, I do acknowledge and value the efficient resolution from the management team.

The plush I got is very soft, and clearly identifiable with the IP it's meant to represent (at least to those familiar with the channel). The reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars, is that the plushie is also meant to be a pillow, but there's a part of it that's a little too firm for that purpose, and it's a bit smaller than I'd like for a pillow

quality items, fast delivery and clean delivery times what i mean by this is some places make it hard to see how far along your order is with juniper i've never been confused or unsure i've never had problems and they up front with any delays and gave clear reasons so i was never left in the dark i will continue using juniper creates site as vedel uses them and everything that i have got from here has been good no damage to any of the items thank you <3

Great value, great experience
The great experience starts the minute you sign into the Juniper site. It is well organized and they make it very easy to find what you are looking for. As big Gorilla Tag fans, there is always a wide variety of products available. Their designs and products are well made and use high quality materials. The plushies are well-stuffed--you can tell they don't skimp on anything when producing their products. Their hoodies, shirts, hats and more are very neatly sewn. Just high quality from start to finish. The product arrives well packaged and in good shape. I could go on, but suffice it to say, from start to finish, Juniper Creates is a high value organization focused on delivering great products in a customer focused manner.
