Plush slippers are garbage if you plan on actually wearing them!
Update-upon review of my situation and observing pictures of the damaged product the company is using good faith and offering a full replacement or refund. Which is extremely appreciated especially in these trying financial times for people everywhere. My son is autistic and wasn’t bothered too much by the issue but he absolutely loves these products and he loves wearing the slippers.
I would not give it even one star if I could. Bought the $50 plush slippers for my son for Christmas and he wore them for a few days and they came apart. Shoddy quality and they won’t do anything because of their 30 day policy which is bull because I of course ordered them early so they were here for Christmas. They don’t take anything else into consideration period! Expensive lesson but I will not support them in future and I’m going to make sure my son stops buying from them as well. Zero customer service and zero customer support.

I had a fantastic experience with Juniper Creates! I ordered some Gorilla Tag merchandise and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent — the materials feel durable and comfortable, and the print/design looks even better in person.
