Worst courier company
My package could've arrived in 2 days. It travelled from Bangkok all the way too Pattaya. When it reached Bang Lumang163, I waited 2 days just for 2 drivers to not deliver it. AND NOW THEY ARE SENDING MY PACKAGE AWAY TO A DIFFERENT TRANSIT CENTER. I'VE SEEN SNAILS MOVE FASTER THAN A J&T EXPRESS DELIVERY WORKER. GIVE ME MY PACKAGE THAT I PAID YOU MONEY FOR.
So frustrating!
It's so frustrating how they only tried to deliver my parcel twice instead of 3 times, earlier than the delivery date (so I was out of town), then they won't aswer my calls! My parcel was returned to the sender because of this, and what annoyed me the most is the attitude of the workers when I inquired and asked questions in thier warehouse!!
They don’t like delivering large items
They don’t like delivering large items. Paid for door to door postage but they will ask for me to pick it up as won’t fit on the bike. I paid nearly 1k for delivery but need to pick up. They cancel delivery after 2 attempts within hours of each other. They don’t do a 3rd attempt as per agreement and Lazada. Deliver on public holidays that don’t match the anticipated delivery date. I don’t expect delivery to take place on public holiday’s as that going away family time.
Fake Delivery Attempts?
I was notified of a packages arrival.
(Good I guess).
So I waited and waited, the delivery guy contacted me at 2:47 PM.
He asked me where I was, which I guided him till he mentioned a location that indicated that he was just actually within 500 meters away from my house.
He said he could handle finding my house on his owm, then I waited more. To my surprise when I checked shopee app, he actually marked the delivery as unsuccessful.
I looked more into it and I found out that he marked it on a location a few kilometers away.
So I put two and two together, not only did he lie to me about being close to my home.
He also lied about the reason for the cancelation of delivery. Which naturally pissed me off and I'm writing about it here.
Turns out the Branches of J&t express are chaotic and "problematic" based on the experiences of other people provided on reddit and other social platforms.
Guess this fast and loose service is more focused on the loose rather than the fast.

Una porquería de servicio, la peor paquetería que he conocido en México, pésimo servicio, pierden los paquetes, que los marcan como entregados, no hay nadie que te de soluciones, si ves que tu proveedor mando tu paquete por ahí trata de comunicarte lo más rápido posible con ellos, para que puedas recuperar ese paquete

Slowest service I have ever seen
Slowest service I have ever seen. I am busy and I got a notification early in the morning, and was excited to receive my order no longer than noon or early evening, but it came at 7pm no one is longer at home to receive my product and I hate how shopper decide to partner with this good for nothing logistic company when I would rather pay then times the price for a reputable company to deliver my package. I was so excited for the thing that was coming in the mail and unfortunately because of the late delivery now I am busy for the next week and won’t be able to enjoy the thing I order I’m the mail. If I ship the person I hate in the mail I would even consider J&T due to how poor their product handling and service is.

I have 3 packages out there somewhere! The first has been being delivered for since 9-5-23, the 2nd was marketed as delivered at 22:56 pm received by (). Not sure where that one is. The 3rd hasn't been delivered apparently because of my inaccessible address, although they have delivered to this same location before (2weeks late). I can not get any one on either phone numbers that I was provided with, nor on either chat. This is the absolute WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! EVER!.....EVER!
