This is not a courier company. It does not exist. It is a fake courier company. BEWARE! I ordered form Temu and received a tracking number. I then received a WhatsApp message from J&T express to say my parcel was out for delivery with Abid Ali and had been signed for. This is absolutely false! I never received the package. I called the number 800 568 on the website and it does not answer...keeps saying our menu options have changed and does not allow you to select any option then hangs up. I will be reporting this company to Federal Public Prosecutor's Office for fraud in Dubai.

This is one of the many logistics company who are aiding and abetting scammers in the country. They don’t require valid IDs when scammers send parcel for COD and they don’t allow opening of parcels prior paying this scammers just keep on coming using different names and business addresses. They don’t validate business owners who will use their services. If COD then there should be clearing of payment 1-2 days for protection for customers who ends up being scammed but still get their refunds. Do something on your policies as you have always been involved with bad customer reviews!

Never ever choose in life and any company delivery through this team I will cancel that order immediately.

Pésima paquetería mis paquetes nunca llegan, no llaman y los regresan. No hay punto para recogerlos

Their delivery riders are thieves! They will tagged the lazada order as delivered when in fact they did not deliver the package.

Absolutely the worst service, My package is late and shows it has been sitting in the warehouse of the delivery town for 3 days, Customer service just flat out lied to me.

By far, it is the worst delivery company in the UAE. The drivers often contact you asking for the location, promising to deliver, and then tell you tomorrow. Customer service is not helping at all. I asked how to make a complaint, no one answering. Avoid as possible.

The worst courier ever ..don’t have delivery ethics.I was calling them for the delivery no response and no call back.J & T is one of the worst courier service ever i seen in my life. for the reference the tracking#JTE400013840565... supposed to deliver my items on 28 Aug-2025 which was ordered from Temu..i was keep on calling and sending messages,no response,no call back.i dont know who is the right person to contact but i felt it is one of the worst courier services in the entire planet.

J and T Express is the worst delivery service in the Philippines. Their drivers are rude and unhelpful and don't care about delivering your package. Their customer service sucks and they don't care about your packages as they deliver it in very poor condition. I wouldn't use J and T if it was the only delivery service in the Philippines because of how bad it is.

They always deliver around 1pm or 2pm which is we really need to sleep because our duty is graveyard. Please tell to all your delivery riders to deliver around 4pm or 5 because after 12nn that's the only time we can sleep. It's really annoying when you got your sleep already and then someone will knock on the door,

Worst customer service in the world. The cheap shipping cost explains the quality of service they can offer. Staff are rude and unhelpful. I sent two medium boxes from Cebu to Laguna but one box gone missing. Worst. Your items are not safe. Do not risk with this courier.

I ordered 2 sets of V380 5G dual lens dual screen outdoor CCTV camera cost of P575 and what I've got is a box of 2 tubs of cookwares cleaner. Package is in bare carton wrapped with only J&T plastic bag. Very disapponted.

J and t has a lot of sorting problem! And they even have an incompetent employee of the year! just wow! Either they have “sorting problems” or delivery man forget my package on the warehouse. Unprofessional team. They just play with system by updating some status, but no actual action. I have been waiting for a consignment, which was reached in their Sharjah location 3 days back (as per the tracking) to deliver in Sharjah. But not yet delivered. No response to my messages and calls to toll free number & the provided number of delivery man. Totally pathetic service.
