Very polite engineer who cleaned up thoroughly behind him, plus good diagnostics. Only vaguely negative part was how expensive it was.

Good communication and planning, the guys arrived on time, did the job efficiently and ensured no mess was made.

Excellent service, our Bora X Bo was leaking and JES was very helpful in getting it fixed. They promptly responded and set up an appointment. The engineer arrived on time and quickly identified that the pump was broken. He replaced it and got it working again in a very short time.

Excellent service from logging the fault to the engineer's visit. We were kept up to date with any changes (our appointment was even brought forward) from the office and the engineer was punctual and solved the issue successfully and even fixed an issue we didn't even know we had.

Recently had the glass of my Bora hob replaced following an accident where it smashed. Really pleased with the job and found the service and correspondence good. The replacement was arranged very quickly,

Prompt service visit for Bora hob not working following installation by kitchen company electrician.
JES engineer quickly established the hob was working so kindly offered to fault find for us. The faulty wiring was soon located and remedied. We were then given a full demonstration of the hob. First class service, we will definitely use JES if required and would definitely recommend.

Engineer was very polite, professional and thorough. Worked in a clean and tidy manner and and I felt went above and beyond my expectations.
