Chris came to change the dishwasher pump. He arrived on time, took care of his environment, protecting the floor, hoovering, checking. Chris is also kind and considerate. We are delighted with the service that HAS provides. Our thanks go to the telephone lady too.

Excellent service provided. Arrangement of our hob repair appointment was efficient and timely, with a useful text reminder. The Highland Appliance Services engineer arrived in the time-slot arranged, with notification immediately beforehand. He repaired our induction hob, checking very thoroughly afterwards that all was well. The whole operation was tidily carried out, in a throughly helpful and friendly manner. Could not ask for better!

We had to make a claim under the warranty of our product. Highland Appliances knew what was wrong by our explanation of the problem and ordered the part before coming out to save a second visit.
