App is easy to use and sitter was fab, would use again

As a qualified nanny with years of experience, I find BubbleSitter extremely disappointing. This app is clearly designed to cater to parents’ needs, with little to no regard for the professionals who provide the actual care.

The rates offered are shockingly low, especially considering the level of responsibility and expertise that experienced nannies bring. What’s worse, nannies are expected to pay more than parents to even access jobs — completely unacceptable.

It’s absolutely inadmissible that a professional, trained nanny with years of childcare experience is offered the same pay as someone young, unqualified, and with no real background in childcare. This platform does nothing to value or reward experience and professionalism.

If you’re a serious, dedicated childcare provider — this app is not for you.

App worked smoothly. Found a babysitter at short notice and she did a good job.

I had used bubble before for babysitting and have had many good experiences. This time I used it to find a permanent nanny and was very impressed. After a short conversation Jade understood our family and our needs very well and sent us candidates that were significantly stronger and better suited to us than the several other agencies we had spoken to. Strong recommend for anyone else looking.

Simple process from start to finish. Great sitter!

Works very well and unlike other self service childcare websites, this one feels a lot more professional and suited for babysitting.

Jade! Searching for a nanny can be an extremely challenging process - an admin-heavy task, often made more difficult by heightened emotions surrounding the idea of leaving your child with a stranger. I had spent a long time searching for somebody who I felt understood that challenge, and the need to find the exact right fit - Jade was exactly that.

Within weeks of us connecting for the first time, she placed our nanny for our first child, who then quickly became an integral part of our family. Unfortunately our nanny had to return home after a year, so we were in desperate search of a replacement. This search was no small feat. Our nanny was an extremely hard act to follow and I was searching for perfection, with little hope that I would find it. Jade however, remained confident and optimistic, and quickly became an essential partner to me on this journey. She is diligent, patient, compassionate and somehow, without having met my family, seemed to deeply understand its dynamics.

We now have found someone I'm extremely excited about, and I have Jade to thank for it. The level of customer service she has provided is unmatched. I am yet to speak to an agency consultant who understands their customer as well as she does (and I have spoken with many!).

I am extremely grateful for Jade's support and could not recommend her highly enough.

I wish you could rate sitters somewhere between like and dislike. It’s hard to say sitters are bad but some are much more exceptional than others and that’s hard to reflect in the ratings. I don’t always have time to leave comments but it would be helpful to be able to rate and see people’s ratings for sitters in categories like tidying up, interactions with children etc. Additionally, last minute sitter cancellations have happened quite a bit to us and are quite frustrating. I’m wondering if that can be reflected in a sitter’s overall rating.

She was very very kind, the kids enjoyed her a lot and said she was the best babysitter they ever had, and, on top, she left me a house very clean!

Easy to use and a great way to find someone reliable at the last minute. I've used it several times and am very happy with the sitters I've found!

The service was easy to use. I quickly got responses from potential babysitters. The person we chose was friendly and professional and I felt safe leaving the kids in her care.
Its not a cheap option but I would use it again.

What a great App - easy and quick to register and use and our babysitter was lovely and perfect. I was able to speak with her ahead of meeting her and her profile details made me feel confident.

App is a little clunky for multiple bookings but overall very good service

Mixed bag of sitters…One day you get a gem, another day you’ll get one who is not qualified. Or better yet the baby sitter starts flirting with your husband. They will do absolutely nothing about it.
