From a parent perspective this is a great service. I have found the app to be incredibly helpful, and the emails and notifications are useful in jogging me to do the things I need to do. Letter through from the pension regulator - email follows from Koru that they've already sorted it! Great stuff. Not to mention our nanny is lovely and my kids love her.

After our trial and 2 days before I’d booked the nanny to start we were informed her DBS wasn’t processed; she hadn’t completed her first aid course or nanny training. Not the service I thought I was paying for.

Great experience throughout, we really appreciated how guided and automatic things were to make everything easy - simple message prompts, next steps, reminders, things like that - and now that we have nanny, timesheets and payments, as well. Probably not the cheapest way to do things, but feels well worth the money!

I am delighted with the nanny we found. It took some perseverance to find what we were looking for and the interview processing of selecting times / days was frustrating but I’m pleased we continued.

I spent alot of time and effort on my application and was lead near the end of my passing the application that they looked forward to me being part of the team! Then the next minute I get a email saying we are declining your application with no reason given i am shocked and upset that I could be dismissed like that koru kids you should be ashamed I would never recommend you ever very unprofessional!
