I have used Bubble for cleaners. The service has always been great and the booking process is very easy. Would highly recommend using Bubble!

Being able to invite local vetted sitters at the touch of a button makes a tired mummy very very happy. Its just great to have that flexibility (because your request reaches many sitters) when you need a hand for a few hours

Used a few times and got really lovely babysitters my kids liked which is huge.

My first time using the app i encountered a glitch on the app booking system.

I needed to book childcare for my son and was looking at booking London based babysitters. I was travelling in the US at the time and made a booking for 8am-5pm for what I thought would be UK time. However today (when the booking is due) the app tells me that it was actually booked for 1pm-9pm...so the time reference for the app is done based on the time zone you are in not the time zone of the baby sitter you are booking...which is just dumb. And on the booking confirmation email it just lists number of hours, not the start time and end time. This is not helpful at all. I contacted my babysitter (who is awesome) and managed to start earlier but the Bubble app failed here - if I had had to leave urgently this would have been a real problem. Not a great first experience! Will review my rating if they fix this bug.

I have been using the Bubble app for just over 2 years for ad hoc cleaning services and could not recommend more! All the cleaners I have hired have been excellent and the app offers exactly the flexibility I need.

I have been using Bubble for about 6 years and happy how easy and smooth everything works on the app. Customer service is great!. I would love to have some more settings for nannies to manage as sometimes is easier for the family when I need to amend hours or cancel a job without asking for a fee but honestly I am sure they will keep improving through the years.

Incredible sitter, communication and ease.

I have tried to book a babysitter twice and both times had zero responses. I don't see the point in an app that never has anyone available? Very disappointed. Have had to go on Facebook to find a babysitter.

Very helpful app and all the babysitters we’ve used have been wonderful. Never had any problems getting someone even at very short notice

Used bubble to book a childminder via the app. Was a fairly easy and straight forward process and we got a good childminder.

Bubble was remarkable. There was a mistake made—probably mine—in the hours we needed a sitter so we could celebrate our wedding anniversary and our daughter’s college entry. Not only did they not charge me for the error, admitting it could have been theirs, they found me another sitter at 11 a.m. and she was able to get Ty’s by noon. On top of that, the sitter, Hinds, has a gift for working with children, especially two-year-olds who don’t want to be separated from their family, and, more important in this day and age, Bubble’s customer-service reps were amazing.

Each time we have booked a babysitter we have had a brilliant experience! They have been amazing with our children and filled us with confidence. However I am disappointed as we would like to use Bubble to book holiday clubs during school holidays but unfortunately there aren't any in our area (Cheltenham) linked to Bubble.
