Where do I start
Where do I start, I ordered an adjustable ring and received it in a timely fashion, but.. the ring is much much thinner and lightweight than advertised! It’s about the diameter of a piece of twine when it looked 5 times thicker in all of the pictures. An hour after receiving I prepared to return it. Silly me. First they wanted pics then they ghosted me until I put a hold on my payment plan. Then their resolution was to give me 50% store credit! Poor customer service!!!

Really nice jewellery and also customer service also good and helpful even though sometimes it takes then a while to get back to you. Delivery is a little slower than expected but it got here in the end and was well packaged and also tracked. I’ve purchased from these a few times and will still continue to in the future.

❌ Unlawful return policy – Refused a refund for a damaged item
I received a customised ring from Jeulia that arrived with visible marks and scratches. When I contacted customer service with photos of the damage to request a full refund, they refused.
They tried to claim that the scratches were just "handcrafted variations" and told me that because the ring was an in-between size, it was completely non-refundable under their store policy. They then tried to force me into accepting a 35% "restocking fee" deduction or accepting store credit.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, store policies cannot override the law. Consumers are legally entitled to a 100% full refund if an item arrives damaged or faulty, regardless of whether it is custom-sized or bespoke. It is completely unlawful to charge a restocking fee for a damaged delivery.
Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful and is completely ignoring UK consumer law. I am now forced to claw my money back by raising a formal Chargeback dispute through my bank. Avoid this company if you value your consumer rights.

Ordered a ring, then a matching bracelet, fast delivery. The ring was perfect, but the bracelet started to discolor after a few months. Just ordered a matching necklace, so I'll see how that goes.

I am writing this review as a genuine…
I am writing this review as a genuine customer unlike all the other ‘fake 5 star reviews’ that Jeulia seem to pay for. First of all Jeilia UK is not based in the Uk and is infact based in China. My partner bought my engagement ring from here for the stones to fall out after only 3 weeks since our engagement. There is no way of contacting someone to resolve this issue and they expect us to buy shipping to return said faulty item to Canada. I am requesting a full refund for this ring as it is not as described on website as it’s the cheapest of cheap but stating it’s ‘good quality’. Also live chat is only available during hours of 1-3AM in Uk if any one even replies. This service is absolutely disgusting and take this as my notice as a formal complaint. I have attached my order number if anyone wants to assist but I will be escalating this to the ombudsman and via my bank. JEUK3609324
