Ensuite bague commandé couleur « or », reçue en « argent », super quand on se fie au goût de sa copine…
Boîte en carton je vous en parle même pas
Bague épaisse alors que sur la photo elle est super fine, une montagne la bague …
Franchement ne faite jamais ça 100 balles pour un truck aussi nul, du bon vieux toc.

Concernant la couleur de la bague, après vérification de votre commande, l’option sélectionnée au moment de l’achat était bien argent. Il est donc possible qu’il y ait eu une confusion lors du choix initial, et nous en sommes désolés si cela a entraîné un malentendu.
En ce qui concerne le délai de livraison, nous reconnaissons que celui-ci a dépassé le délai estimé, notamment en raison d’un volume de production plus élevé que prévu. Nous travaillons activement à améliorer ce point afin d’éviter ce type de situation à l’avenir.
Pour l’aspect de la bague (épaisseur, finition) ainsi que l’emballage, nous prenons votre retour très au sérieux. Vos remarques vont être transmises à notre équipe qualité afin d’améliorer nos produits et leur présentation.

The product I received looks a lot lower quality then in the picture, im not even sure there was opal in the medallion I ordered :(

Poor customer service!
It’s been two weeks since I placed my order, and I haven’t received any updates. There’s been no tracking information or estimated delivery date, even though the ring was supposed to arrive within six days. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this company again.

I would give this company 0 if I could! My partner ordered my ring from here, just over 2 weeks now after paying for 6-8 day shipping. The tracking hasn’t changed and comes up with an error message everytime I try to check it. I’ve emailed, messaged on Facebook and Instagram, none of them have replied… the customer service is none existent! We are moving house next week and will no longer be able to access this property to receive the parcel. I would 100% avoid this company at all costs.

Pushy website- I hope they improve
There are no real time updates with my order.
And the website pushes me to make a purchase with what they think is enough time to make an important decision. So, if I need more time to shop and the timer runs out, my cart empties out. That is rude and inconvenient. When my order arrives, I will give an update on the beauty and quality of the jewelry. UPDATE #1: Karatlove customer service replied to my review and email, and I appreciate that. I changed my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.
