Came as companion for my son, due to pre op complications process took almost 2 weeks. Hospital where outstanding throughout including helping sort useless 'Pegasus' with the flights. Cannot commend the whole process enough, professional, clean, thorough and informative.
Am sure we will revisit for cosmetics at a later date.

I went to irmet hospital last week in order to undertand the cause of pain in the side of my tummy. Dr Hasan was extremely cool and professional while was inspecting me. He is not only competent surgeon but also polite and sincere💐

I went to Irmet at the beginning of the month for gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Ali Tardu. I was very nervous about going to another country but from the second I landed I couldn’t fault the service. My coordinator Rick was very responsive beforehand and answered my questions always very quickly and efficiently, the assistance to and from the hospital was great and all the staff and nurses, translators and surgeon were lovely! Room was adequate for what me and my companion needed (food for the companion wasn’t great but it is hospital food overall!).. nurses constantly checked on me and Dr Ali Tardu came round each morning himself to also check on me.. I felt very well looked after and would recommend Irmet to anyone!

I went to irmet on 17th dec 2022 for a facelift. The surgeon was in a foul mood and quite intimidating. I expressed concern about my ears not being stretched and woke up post op with my ear lobes sewn onto my jawline. I was so upset and was apologized to from the hospital and promised that they would invite me back at no cost to myself and fix my ears. It was lies. As soon as i left the hospital they refused to reply to any of my messages and emails. Its been seven months now. I look ridiculous. The hospital is clean but the staff are limited and over ran. They appear to have no cannula knowledge and will insist its fine and keep injecting into a collapsed vein, this is incredibly painful and the medicine just sits in the surrounding tissue. They also have no respect for your dignity, they would never ask their women to expose themselves unnecessarily. Its a cattle farm. The do not care about the patients, only their money. Once they have that you are ignored if you have any problems. Avoid this awful place, theres no morality or ethics happening here.

So I went to irmet for a 360fdl and breast uplift with implants, first thing I would like to say is Dr emin is absolutely brilliant can't fault him what so ever his bedside manner is amazing he talks you through absolutely everything he reassured me everyday that I was okay and the work he has done is phenomenal, but the nurses was so disrespectful, unprofessional and have no empathy what so ever. There was one nurse who was lovely but the rest of them made my stay harder then it needed to be. The food is awful, my bathroom stank sorry I have to be honest, would I recommend irmet NO, would I recommend Dr Emin ABSOLUTELY.

I had my surgery in April 2022, I had a 360fdl tummy tuck and breast uplift with implants by dr emin, the surgery went well and I couldn’t fault the service provided by the hospital at the time, however since I arrived home I have had nothing but pain every single day with my breasts, they are misshapen, tender and sore, sag badly, I have asked the hospital for a revision but have been refused, all I want is to be out of pain that I am in daily. Been left feeling very worried and deflated

From the first enquiry right through to questions I have had afterwards the care I have received has been incredible at Irmet International. The driver from the airport was super friendly and was very easy to find. The whole checking in process couldn’t have been easier. Shortly after arriving came the barrage of tests which I am so grateful for. It me such peace of mind knowing that everything is being checked so thoroughly. The hospital was immaculate with staff constantly pacing the corridors cleaning, all of which were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The translators were always on hand should they be needed although all of the staff I dealt with spoke English.
I’d say the only slight niggle I had was the shower. It was a wet room and the floor was very slippery and after surgery made me nervous that I may fall.
Having said that it wouldn’t stop me returning at all. Now 3 weeks post op, almost 3 stones down and doing so good. All thanks to Dr Sumer and his incredible team.

Just returned from 5 days at Irmet Hospital after accompanying a family member having surgery. I was so impressed, from start to finish the procedure and staff were amazing, I have nothing but good to say. We arrived in the evening, tests etc started immediately, after final tests in the morning the operation went ahead, upon returning to the room obs were carried out at very regular intervals. The card received could not have been better. As a companion I also was looked after so well. Our room was cleaned twice a day. Upon discharge all medication was supplied to take home, our driver took us to the airport, checked us in and arranged assistance. I have nothing but praise for this hospital and every staff member we had dealings with. Fantastic place.

I flew to Irmet to get my plastic surgery having been here before in the past for bariatric surgery I thought everything would be great again! How wrong was I! This time round the care from the nurses were appalling, I was left bleeding a lot on the same night as my surgery, my nurse call button didn’t work, I was disconnected from my pain relief, I wasn’t given any food for a couple of days, the list is endless. I was meant to have a blood transfusion that I’m still waiting on! I ended up getting a fit to fly, passing out on the plane, losing a lot of blood again and admitted into hospital in the uk as soon as I was home. I’ve been fighting a horrible infection from day one which I have been on antibiotics for and still am on (almost 7 weeks post op) I have kept my coordinator upto date with every single thing that has happened here in the uk with my visits to the doctors, nurse appointments, hospital visits or admissions. I have also sent her pictures aswel. She has read my messages and ignoring me sometimes she messages and says two seconds I will check for an update and I never hear from her again. Friday 3rd June I had the nurse and they pulled what can only be described as a bit gauze from my abdomen (we wondered why the area wasn’t healing, this is the reason) again, I sent this straight to my coordinator, pictures again. No response. I have so much more I would like to say but I wouldn’t like for this to happen to any other woman or man for that matter.

Having weighed up my options and not being able to afford the extra £7,000 to have the surgery in the UK I decided on Irmet hospital in turkey to have a gastric sleeve. The praise I have for there care, service and affordability i can not put into words. The level of care is fantastic and you feel important from the moment you get to the hospital. The room was cleaned twice a day and everyone looks after you fantastically. Going to another country to have surgery was a massive worry but I’m so glad I did it and if you are sitting on the fence then go for it!
