Visited in July 2023 for Gastric Sleeve and could not fault the service I received at all.
I travelled alone but never felt alone while in the hospital. From the nurses to the coordinator Antonio I was treated like a VIP.
You have given me my life back and for that I am forever greatful. Hopefully see you again in 2024/2025 for the next part of my journey x

Everyone was really friendly and supportive throughout my whole experience. The care i receivedwas top notch amd very attentive. And the also were really good at following up or answering any questions that I had.

From the initial contact through to saying goodbye the service and treatment was first class. My coordinator arranged everything seamlessly. Dr Fatih and his team were amazing. They visited me daily and were able to answer any questions. The dietician Kate keeps in contact and is always available to answer any dietary questions I have.

Professionalism. Amazing results. Great Team.

I had the best experience at Irmet hospital, from the moment I was picked up in airport I felt so well looked after, the nurses and all the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for me, highly recommend this hospital.

I came to Irmet for VSG in July 2023. Literally can’t fault the service or care I received during my stay. From the surgeon, the nurses, the coordinators, the interpreters, the cleaners and everyone in between, they ensured I received world class treatment. The room was immaculate, cleaned at least twice a day as well as beds changed too. There is always someone with a smile on their face when you do your walking in the corridor and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in future and thank you all for everything.

Amazing from the minute we stepped off the plane. Taxi driver was waiting for us and took me to hospital and my companions to their hotel. Nurses and Dr Sumer looked after me very well. Room was spotless. Would highly recommend

Better than any uk hospital I’ve ever been in or even worked in?

I had a gastric bypass with Irmet. I previously had a gastric band in the UK and had it removed during the procedure. Most of the staff were really kind, especially house keeping, the hostess, and the majority of the nursing staff I encountered.

However after my surgery I was in excruciating pain and had a nurse completely ignore me and walk away while I was in agony. I had to have my boyfriend at the time call the hospital from the UK to ensure I got adequate pain relief.

In addition, the stitching/suturing from my surgery was really poor. I mentioned it to the doctor during the rounds at the time, who assured me that it was normal. Nonetheless, I returned to the UK and the stitches broke down and I got an infection had to get antibiotics from urgent care. The scar I have is really bad as a result and I’ll have to get revision surgery to repair it.

Overall, I think Irmet have amazing facilities and the majority of the staff are great but I’m not happy with the results.

Irmet were amazing from start to finish, I went alone for a 360 FDL the care and attention given was 1st class, they were very thorough with all pre surgery tests to ensure I was healthy and in no danger as I'd suffered with blood clots 10 years ago, even getting me to stay a few extra days to be certain I was fit to fly home (and at no extra charge) I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Irmet to anyone. I wouldn't have surgery anywhere else if I needed it. 100 times better than any British hospital. Very happy with my results! Thank you Irmet for everything 🙏

Amazing was their for 6 days couldn’t fault the hospital atall, staff all amazing 💗 so helpful and kind 💗 couldn’t do enough for you, back home after a tummy tuck and boob inplants and couldn’t feel any better 💗 would give them 100 out of 100 if I could keep up the amazing work 💓

Have been botched at this hospital!! The booking team confirmed I needed revision but they have now left Irmet Istanbul. I have email this hospital and I am getting no reply avoid at all costs. I am asking for a refund for what I have paid for !! I had my eyes, arms and thighs done. Arms I can live with but my thighs, look totally deformed and my eyes don’t look like they have been touched.
Irmet have since offered me revision but no refund!! The surgeon they are offering has no photos of any plastic surgery he has done on any Turkish or International patients. I am scared to go ahead as I have already been botched. They took my money and paid the surgeon. ! I am left with a deformed looking leg, uneven arms with not enough skin removed and my eyes are ruined too.

I'm very disappointed after second rounds of surgery, I'm in pain and discomfort following a breast augmentation procedure and no one even replied back. It's a shame but I will not recommend this hospital. BEWARE of the after care process.

Had an FDL tummy Tuck, boob lift with implants and 6 areas of lipo paid 7800€ couldn’t be happier. I’m 2 weeks post op and Dr Furkan is an artist , he did such an amazing job, my scars are very thin and neat, I absolutely love my new body! All the staff from nurses, housekeeping and chefs were brilliant. They don’t speak much English but the bit they do its more than enough to understand them. Food is amazing, there’s always a self service trolley outside if anyone feels hungry and you can also order from local restaurants.
Tip for you: take all the money for surgery in cash they charge 8% more if paid by card, also always take more money in case if you need extra exames or extra lipo (which was my case).
The place is super clean and the rooms are private for you and your companion. The surgeon takes time everyday to check on patients and the amount of blood tests they do pre and post op is amazing!

It cannot be any worse. Irmet is not the same as before. Since they are not part of bookingsurgery.com they fell on their knees. Hidden prices, communication with the inhouse staff is at 0 level and the new surgeon are totally not known. Do not really know what they are doing. They had a great loss, loosing all the lovely cooordinators and the most precious surgeons left the hospital. Dr Ali left, Dr emin left. Disgrace.

The Nurses were exceptional! Very warm and friendly, explained every bit of my situation to me. My coordinator Alina made everything easy from inception. She was the absolute best. Extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. From making a payment to landing and even leaving the premises. My surgeries went perfectly well. The after care was good too. I’ll recommend İrmet Hospital to anyone and everyone.
