Great, fast and super helpful service from the representative. I had a complicated issue with both logging in and setting up DNS and the rep was super patient in guiding me through the steps. 5 stars fully deserved!

This was very helpful
This was very helpful. I needed step by step directions to see what I was missing when mapping our new website. We got it done!!
The only thing was while I was a little on edge with this computer stuff, I had a little trouble finding the chat option. I didn't see on the dashboard where to go and had to have another person send me the chat link. I might have just been stressed and didn't see it though?
