Great customer care and seems like a great product.

Unfortunately I was sent a faulty thermostat, which meant I had to go find another thermostat as electrician was waiting.

I called before ordering and Mohammed was incredibly insightful, helped me choose the right ones for my space and actually sold me what I needed, didn’t try and push more expensive ones on me! It also arrived the next day and delivery was so easy.
So if I ever need more, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very genuine company. They are very professional and helped me to sort out problem with connection of thermostat to the heater. I am very happy with their products.

This was delivered promptly and was exactly what I wanted. Await to see how it performs, but on testing it is ok.

A faulty panel was sent to me. The help line insisted my electrician waste time doing various things on different days although it was obvious it was dead. The panel looked old and one plastic strip loose.
They said they would replace it, which they did with a smaller cheaper one and they would pay the difference but one the collected the panel. They expected me to be at home all day on 3 different days to collect the panel and when they finally collected it they refused the refund - stated I must have damaged it,
Enormous waste of time - 3 days having not to work (failed to collect) and money

Contacted for advice about heaters, got back to me straight away with suggestions, I took their advice and ordered 2 infrared heaters.

They were delivered on time and easy to put up just as they said they would be.

Great service highly recommend.

I installed a number of the bar heaters in a large hall by using the calculate on the web sit and it is very impressive I am an electrician and my customer is very happy about the results. Great product.

The on off button for the light is a bit awkward .

Great service overall. Product arrived, on time, as described, worked straight out the box. Easy to install, template aligns with the fixings (some other products don’t fully align!), easy to pair the radiator with the thermostat. Plugs into a mains socket.

After a lot of searching we found this company and arranged a visit to discus our requirements and view the heaters. We purchased a wall mounted bar heater for a craft room and a ceiling mounted illuminated heating panel for the bathroom. Both products work brilliantly and have exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this company, first class customer service.

Ordering was simple, arrived the next day! Had a few difficulties setting up, obviously I can't follow instructions haha, rang the tech team and they were brilliant. Bathroom is so warm now

Reading comments here I agree APC are NOT reliable at all, strangely the first delivery was stolen from my front door 8 minutes after delivery, I have it on the Ring doorbell.. what a coincedence someone just happened to be passing by when they delivered eh .. road is more than 40m from front door... not IRHS fault, just change shipping agent pls.. also something that needs to be way, way clearer .. the IR heating panels show lovely pictures in living rooms, bathrooms etc BUT it is NOT clear at all there is a 3 pin UK plug - didn't see any cables running accross the roof or down walls in the pictures but if you take time to read the manuals etc it does state this ... needs to be clearer pls as this was a real issue when fitting on a utlility room ceiling and requied a plug fitting to be added on the ceiling, very ugly. Service and shipping times were great, sorry for 3 stars but the other issues really made a poor experience having spent 600 pounds on 2 panels.
