Fast delivery, outstanding product. Be aware that brackets might be stuck to the underside of the polysterene inserts, in case they are not easily seen. Just a great product.

I have to say they were very helpful and the heat bar arrived the day after I ordered it. It had no instructions in the box , called them and within 5 they had emailed me them over.

Ive updated because 1 star is unfair as the company themselves were very good to deal within refunded when the order was cancelled. However their choice of delivery partner, was a disaster in my case. I waited at home and at the end of day one was told it wasn't going to be delivered. I waited again the following day and at the end of that day was told it wouldn't be delivered, at this point I had to cancel the order as I was not able to stay at home the following day. I ordered a different one from elsewhere. On day 3 it was delivered (after it had been cancelled) and on day 4 I waited again for it to be collected. Through the few days infrared heating supplies customer care were excellent. But a lot of my time was wasted because of the delivery company.

Although I send the heaters back as they were too large, the customer service was excellent. Delivery was quick and my return picked up two days after I requested it. The refund also came through very quickly.

Easy to order, but the speed of delivery was outstanding. Ordered PM infrared heater delivered then next morning. Just wish some other companies were as efficient.

Our power supply would not support the size of heaters I had had delivered.

I had one of their ceiling mounted infra red heaters which was over a year old and developed a fault with the thermostat. The company reviewed the problem and immediately dispatched a replacement heater free of charge.
Such a refreshing attitude.

As a charity Infrared heating supplies couldn't have been more helpful for Kirkham Henry performing Arts CIO They went above and beyond helping and advising when we received funding for Infrared heaters. The heaters are amazing especially for our elderly dancers who need to keep warm throughout the session. For the youngsters, the heaters warm up quickly and switch off on the thermostat as the young people seem to only want the heaters on to warm up and they remain warm. I can highly recommend this company.

Have used this company several times , purchasing heating panels for various rooms in my house and the workplace. Excellent customer service and always helpful in working out wattage size and offering advice when needed.
Would never purchase my infrared panels from any other company now I have used the best !!
