Battery ordered and was with me the next day. Seems excellent. Followed up with email re advice given when first considered three years ago, to make sure still valid, and answered within a day. Took a while to discover 'push button' switch to turn on data before bluetooth link effective - instructions could have been a little clearer/easier to read.

The quality of the battery is excellent. The app for the phone and bluetooth connection is simple to establish and the app provides good informative data.
The battery was delivered quickly and was very well packaged.
I asked a question through the Titan website and had a quick response, which provided a precise answer.
All of these points gives confidence in the product and Titan as a company.
I have no qualms in receommending this battery to anyone thinking of buying a lithium battery.
