Stupid Operators which are working for hisky at Moldova not allowed for pasagers to pass with 8 kg , small luagage, but asked to pay extra £40 for each luagage , i told her ,(to stupid bionde lady) one week ago from Stansted to Chișinău, UK Operators been Nice, polite, helpuful, respectuos with pasangers didn't speak to us that isn't allowed that type of luagage which are used for all my family membrens ......

Ca om de afaceri american ce zboară frecvent între București și New York, am avut plăcerea să călătoresc de mai multe ori cu hiSky anul acesta. Compania impresionează prin profesionalism și servicii de calitate. Totuși, experiența recentă a fost afectată de atitudinea rece și neospitalieră a unor noi însoțitoare de bord pe acest traseu lung. În special, însoțitoarea de bord Narcisa nu a comunicat corect opțiunile de meniu, omițând varianta de pui și servindu-mi doar pește, ceea ce mi-a creat disconfort ca diabetic. Recomand mai multă atenție la instruirea personalului, pentru a menține standardele excelente ale hiSky. Mulțumesc și voi continua să aleg această companie cu încredere.

Good value for the money
Good value for the money , beats changing planes by taking other airlines and wasting time on layovers. Flying from OTP to JFK was smooth , took off on-time and arrived 1/2 hr early, plane Airbus 330 is new and was 1/2 full, the meal needs improvement. Will fly again.

My whole experience was OK. Exactly what you would expect from a low cost airline. The seats were more comfortable than Wizz. Checkin and boarding went smooth. The flight was without incident.

good experience on the JFK-OTP flights
My son and myself flew Hisky from JFK to Bucharest and back, on their new direct flight. It was an unexpectedly good experience. Both flights were on time, very well organized at both ends, and the flight itself was comfortable and smooth. The attendants were friendly and serviable, and the services were good (including decent food and movies during the flight). Attention to detail, and the funniest instructional video (I don't know if I was the only one giggling). Everything went well, and there were no hickups of any kind (yes, the online check-in worked great too, and avoided the airport fee).
I fly from the US to Europe for work at least once or twice a year, and I have worked with many traditional airlines, and encountered problems along the years with every one of them (from cancelations, to lost luggage, to communication and refund issues). To have a problem-free trip was so very comforting and unexpected. I will likely stick to this flight when traveling to Romania in the future. It was better than other much fancier options, and almost half the price.

Changing program of flight without carring about passagers bookings
We have booked a flight and we supposed to fly at 12:15 but The company changed The hours to 18:15 and we arrive at the hotel at 21:30-22:00. They don't care that we loose a Day of accommodation. Also The back flight we supposed to fly at 14:15 an The company changed The ours to 00:55 in the night... I the circumstance that we have to leave The hotel room at 12:00. So we have to stay with our little baby 12 hours on the road and with no accommodation for The change of The flight program by this patetic aerline company! 😡😡😡😡I totaly not recomand! 😡😡
