Absolutely awful company
I had a flight with my 5yo daughter from Stanstead to Oradea on the 13th of February 2025,and I bought 2 big 23kg luggages.When we arrived to Oradea,only one luggage arrived.I called them several times and they said that my luggage will arrive on the 16th of February 2025 with the next flight,which never did.When I called them to tell me the reason why my luggage didn’t arrive,they said that because of operational issues.I have very important medicines in that luggage for my daughter which I already mentioned to them each time I called,her asthma pump refill and other 2 medicine,which I can prove from the family doctor that she’s taking.Now they saying that my luggage will arrive on the 20th of February with the next flight.I consider this extremely unprofessional and unfair,as they should have sent my luggage already the next day with DHL,but they are an incompetent company and negligent.I would never ever recommend them and if I could,I would give them zero stars.
Flying from iasi to dublin
Was flying from iasi to dublin. And it was blasting heat. At the end of the flight I was weat, it's was like a sauna. Plus the staff doesn't know how to communicate in any other language except romanian. The male staff was trying to tell me something 5 times, tried to tell him that I don't speak romanian, didn't help.
extremely unreliable company
I flew hisky once and I must say, everything was ok. Aircraft departed on time, tickets were good value for money, departure/arrival times were decent and staff made an effort to be nice.
Unfortunately, I booked additional flights with them and within a few days distance, they cancelled my return trip twice, citing "operational" reasons. Worth mentioning that the flights in question are almost two months away.
No explanation, just a scripted response. I re-scheduled once, but the second time, I just asked for a full refund. I will be flying another airline from now on, despite having to travel more from the airport.
if you have any other choice, don't bother with hisky, they're simply not reliable and will let you down when you need them most.

Worst airline ever. I was at the gate 30 minutes before departure and they told me I was too late, they wouldn't take me. Also, they delayed the time themselves because they didn't accept my online check in!!! I should have to pay 15€ at the counter. What cheek and ignorance.

They made my dad pay twice for the checked bag. It was showing in the email that I paid for a checked bag and they still charged him for that. This company is too expensive, they are charging for every bag also for the carry-on bag.
I had an awful experience with HI Sky
I had an awful experience with this airline, and if I could give them a score of -10, I would. To sum it up, their app is unreliable—it doesn’t always work or update, which led me to pay extra airport fees due to being unable to check in online. Despite providing screenshots as proof from various times, no one cared. They just want you to pay and move on. Their aftersales customer service is nonexistent, and I would strongly recommend avoiding them. I recently bought a Wizz Air ticket to Chisinau, which was double the price compared to Hi Sky, but I’ll gladly pay more just to be treated properly and avoid dealing with this scam of an airline.

When i book the flight from Barcelona to bucharest it was 9am then they change to 10:30am and gain they changed to 11am(by email) on arrival they change the flight again to 11:26… 1 hour before they change the flight again to 14:00 now.. and still waiting at the airport no idea how many times they will change again … no customer care available here on the airport.. no one is answering the call even… absolutely disgusting.. never gonna fly with them again in life
2 flights FRA to Bucharest then…
2 flights FRA to Bucharest then Bucharest to JFK. FRA flight delayed by 45 min (no big deal) but got robbed at the gate for $30 USD for a 16 in carry on. No advance warning that all food and drink on board was cash only in Romanian Lie. Bucharest to JFK was worse, boarding was delayed over an hour with no explanation. Boarding was extremely disorganized with passengers just crowding the gate regardless of class or anything else. Seats in economy were very tightly grouped, crew offered drinks and snacks after breakfast for a fee but they charged more then what was published in the menu and I was told they didn't have change but they would bring it back to me but never did.

Am zburat dus întors Timișoara -București , fără întârziere , fără nicio problemă , avioanele sunt noi iar personalul foarte prietenos . La telefon am fost ajutată imediat să îmi fac check in-ul când nu am reușit singură . 5 Stele din partea mea !
no option to get rid of trash
Okay, it's just a low-cost airline, so I wasn't expecting much. But I found it unacceptable that there was no option to get rid of trash on a 3-hour flight. When I asked the staff about it, they answered me arrogantly, acting like it was unreasonable to throw my trash on their cart while they were busy selling perfumes. This attitude was disappointing.
The worse experience ever
The worse experience ever. When i got the tickets for this charter flight i was supposed to fly at 8 am, then we were notice for a change at 11 am, then 12.30, then 13.30 and in the end they did fly at almost 14.00. This means that we missed half day at the destination, meals and rest. There was no free water on the plane, only a glass per person for 12h flight. Almost no coffee and no ice available. The food: one sandwich with salami and bread with no veggies or cheese just plain bread and salami. Then for 10 h they sold all the duty free junk food. 1 hour before landing they came with the warm food. I don’t have kids but they let the kinds on the flight starve so that they could sell all the available junk and after everything was sold the food came!!! I find it appalling the entire service, delays, food and the fact that there are agencies such as Karpaten and Dertour that won’t sell you a hotel without this private flight company from Republica Moldova.
Paid check in at the airport
When I bought the ticket, there was nothing about check in at home, when I arrived at the airport they told me it’s paid 10$, also they didn’t allow me 1 bag, only a backpack, so altogether I paid 40 $.
If you travel to Israel don’t expect a glass of water for free.

La ruta Chișinău-Venezia a companiei HiSky din data de 7/12/2024 ora 14 :10 am fost taxată cu 30 euro extra pentru că aveam un ruxac mic și geanta personală ( că obiect personal ) care împreună cântăreau 7, 6 kg. Angajatul aeroportului Mihai care era responsabil in acel moment de imbarcarile companiei HiSky s-a comportat discriminatoriu față de unii pasageri făcându-i să achite in casa aeroportului sume de 40 sau 30 euro , doar pe acei pasageri care dorea el,( cei care nu au adaus argumente și au ingenunchiat cu cuvinte de rugă și umilință in fața lui au trecut chiar și cu geantă personală mai mare decât a mea. Angajatul aeroportului , Mihai mi-a spus in față că m-ar fi făcut să trec ,dacă nu îl contaziceam aducându-i ca argument faptul cum din Venezia permit cu gentuță personală și la întoarcere din Chișinău tot cu aceeași companie nu permit. ? Luați măsuri!
Terrible service
Flew with them twice. First time they damaged my suitcase. Was impossible to get compensation for damaged case. Second time they lost the suitcase. First customer service leads you on to drag the process on for 3 months, then the claims department dont answer more then once. They offer the minumum and after that just ignore you!
Totally disappointed
Totally disappointed: flight canceled on December 13th, right before the Holidays, with no viable alternative (only refund). Until now I have been a loyal customer and I have recommended you to many friends (can be verified), but from now on you can consider me a lost customer. I asked to speak to Customer Relations with a manager or superior, but was ignored or denied this right. I understand that the cancellation of a flight is an exceptional situation, but I do not understand why exceptional measures cannot be taken to solve our problem. Lack of empathy and support, especially since we were also traveling with 2 pets.
Flight cancelation notification without any customer care available
At 21:27 I receive an email about my flight at 6.30 a.m. canceled. No other options, no refund proposed, nothing.
No customer care agent available to talk with, their schedule is only between 8-20.
I already have a boarding pass as i've done the check-in in the morning. On their site it is FALSELY stated that the online check-in was not done.
Very dishonest and very disrespectful for me as a customer.
