The worst company ever, I never travelled with them in time, always late, one time they keep us in the plane 2h another time standing in the line after giving boarding passes, now we are late with 1 h for a flight of 50minute💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

Not many customer service agents, better call in the morning or you will stay in the phone for 5min before being disconnected. They don't reply to emails, claims take a month to process

Am avut o experienta placuta ! Am zburat din New York spre Otopeni. Zborul fara intarziere, scaune confortabile, 2 mese incluse , personal amabil . Mult succes in continuare !

Scammers. Never fly with them again. So many fees

Honesty? Y’all book a 40 dollar flight and expect 5 stars restaurant service.. but honestly? I really like them! Comfortable seats, average to good legroom, and good service.. and on time! And good takeoff and landing.. Y’all being crybabies bc they are genuinely good (no offence, my personal experience by flying with them like 5 times.)

The smoothest landings with Hisky, because they really have experienced pilots, always on time, good airplanes. I fly regularly because of my job with them and I prefer them whenever I can !

Stay away from this airline !! They refuse to pay you compensation even when you are eligible to it ! SCAMMERS DON’T fly with them

This company is not serious at all. I booked a flight with them and my flight was cancelled. They offered me different options to fly on the same date but with double the price. So I requested a refund instead and I did not receive all the money and it also lasted about 2 weeks. But they took my money from my credit card instantly. So I cannot use my money to buy other tickets.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Am zburat cu Hisky de 6 ori până în prezent, nu există o dată în care să nu existe o întârziere de cel puțin 30 de minute. Prost organizat, și nu mi se pare normal acest aspect. Nu mi se pare normal ca de fiecare dată să fie întârzieri neanunțate, și clienții să stea în fața porții de fiecare dată fără să știm cât este întârzierea. Vă rog încercați să reîmprospătați organizarea că e praf. În rest angajații sunt respectuoși și locurile din avion sunt curate.

I fly quet a lot but i ever flew with such an unplasent flying Company.
They charge you 40 euro for a very small bag and actually wait to charge you on the check in.

Be careful about luggage. Although measured at home and on site on the measurement disposals, and respected the measurement, the hisky representative insisted that it is not a hand luggage, but a large cabin luggage and extra charged 40 Euros. They will try anything to charge you extra as they are nubs. Will come later with flight reviews also

It was my first interaction with this company, and the last one. I had a flight from Bucharest to Timisoara (direct flight) that should take 50 minutes. When I arrived at the airport I saw that the destination is Oradea, not Timisoara. When I asked why they said that "we have a stop in Oradea". When I booked my flight the departure time was 19:00 and arrival time 19:50. I talked to a person next to me that booked his flight from Bucharest to Oradea and we have the same arrival time (in 2 different destinations). How is that possible?

Am realizat că am selectat din greșeală o oră nepotrivită pentru zbor și i-am contactat în mai puțin de 24 de ore (apreciez că oferă suport chiar și în weekend!). Între timp, mi-am cumpărat un nou bilet cu ora corectă, nefiind sigur că vor putea face o modificare fără penalizare. Spre surprinderea mea, echipa HiSky a rezolvat rapid situația și mi-a oferit rambursarea completă pentru biletul cu ora greșită.👏✈️

Cancelled my flight. Spent 1h trying to reach their CS over the phone, the IVR says please wait for an available agent and than after a few mins disconnects saying no available agents. Meanwhile calls are charged at standard rate. If theres no agents available (it's 3pm don't see how) why would you keep me waiting and charge my phone credit for nothing? Reading everyone else's experience I'm starting to think I dodged a bullet, but how tf can I get my money back if no-one answer the calls???
Avoid at all costs. If it looks like a scam, and it acts like a scam..

I had my bad experience with my flight. I had to fly to Oradea from Bucharest and my flight got delayed with 2 hours (my flight was initially at 8.30 AM and got delayed at 10.30). The check in was supposed to close one hour before departure (at 9.30 AM) so we went there at 9 to find that the check in desk were not open and not even written on the screen. So we started to ask around where could we talk (cause they dont have no info point or customer service service) with anybody about the luggage that we should have left at the check in. After we walked around 15 minutes to meet a guy that send us to Andreea, an employee with a miserable attitude and audacity, considering the company’s mistakes. The employee lied to us, telling us that it is our mistake that we came this late and that the rules of the company were that the check in desk was open regarding the initial hour of departure(so after her words we should have been there at 7.30 AM). After she treated us with arrogance and lied to our face i called the company complaining about the situation we had and the company excused themselves about the situation and told me that the employee indeed was mistaken. Beside the fact that i met that unprofessional disgusting employee, our flight got delayed again cause the airplane didnt reach Bucharest.

I had a flight from Bucharest to Timișoara what should take about 50 min. 2 hours before the flight got an email to tell me it will take 2h10min! When I arrived at the airport to find out it wasn't an direct flight and we will have a stop in Oradea! Departure time was 19:00! After 1h45min and loads of stupid reasons (the numbers of passengers doesn't match with their records,or we have to wait some passengers from Paris,or some of us had electronic passes and others printed ones)loads of passengers had the same seat,because they just mixed the Timișoara flight with the Oradea one,and created a big mess ! I've paid for a direct flight,but they are just greedy and don't care about they passengers and combined the 2 flights in 1(minimise the cost and maximise the profit)! I should have been in Timișoara at 19:50,suprise I've arrived at 22:45 ! Just a piss take for all the passengers but nobody cares! Highly NOT RECOMMEND them, they are just amateurs,probably even amateurs can do it better! Worst company to fly with! Never ever again! Just a bunch of pricks,and I'm saying this in a very nice way !🖕🏼

They know how to steel money from you bag of 7 kg and they still charge me another 30£ for me and another 30£ for my wife bag what she had 7.2kg bag
