I booked two flights, one outbound one inbound, BOTH got cancelled, they cost us hundreds of dollars in rebooking fees for connecting flights.
NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
My flight with HiSky was cancelled, and I received only a generic email saying it was “due to operational reasons.” They offered rebooking within 7 days, a refund, or a voucher — but no instructions on how to rebook and no one replies to emails or phone calls.
I urgently need to get to New York, and despite multiple messages and calls, I've been completely ignored. Their customer service is nonexistent, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue with HiSky.
Avoid HiSky if you value your time, money, or travel plans.

I can’t give zero stars unfortunately, so had to give 1 - the airline has cancelled and moved the flights times for 4 flights in 2 weeks from Oradea to Stansted.
Today - after already changing the time of the flight a week before; it cancelled the flight 1 hour before the flight was meant to take off!!! We got the message about the cancellation at 5:52AM on the app and via email and the flight was meant to take off at 7:15.
This is costing my family 900£ as we had to buy new tickets for today. How can you cancel a flight an hour before takeoff ??? Also they still owe us a refund from cancelling a previous flight on the 19th of June. I have emailed thee times to request confirmation of refund but they haven’t replied.

I have called the Europe Customer Support phone number several times and after wasting my time waiting to be connected with someone, every single time I was told “We’re sorry, all our representatives are busy right now. Please try again later”. This is immensely unprofessional and not to say frustrating.
This is the last time I am flying internally with HiSky!
Not a humane experience
We travelled today from Rhodes to Bucharest. We arrived at the plane second last persons because of the airport personel that did not allow me to embarck because of my pregnancy that no one care about when we went to Rhodes. Our assigned seats were 30A,B & C....The last and worst seats there are on the plane. No room at all...90° angle of seat very uncomfortable especially for my pregnant big belly...all other seats you can lean the backrest back and the kind man sitting in font of me let his back making my space even smaller...we asked the steward if I could go sit in the front...were the seats 1A,B & C whitch have very big leg room so I can sit better and not squash my belly because it hurt and the "very considerate steward" said no...that it is company policy...but If we had sat there the from the beginning, nobody would have known...the seats were empty the whole flight and I struggled to stand up so as not to be in pain...never again will we travel with Hisky...I prefer to pay more and fly with humans!!!!
Travel review, good experience with Hisky
Have been traveling this morning from Oradea to Uk. Flight took 2:20 hours, exactly as the pilot advised in the beginning. Very pleasant services provided by the flight attendants, they have provided water to all the travelers. We had turbulence in the secund hour but the captain and secund captain, have done a wonderful job getting through those. We have landed wonderfully. Its true, there is not much space between the front and back seats but it was alright for 2 hours of flight. Would recommend and excited to travel back with this company.

Some time ago happened next situation. My mother and younger brother were scheduled to fly from Hurghada to Chisinau. Despite arriving on time and having all necessary documents and bookings in order, they were denied access to the check-in counters.
They were fully prepared for travel, including waking up at 3:00 AM and arriving at the airport with their luggage. However, they were unexpectedly turned away and forced to leave the airport, with no support or guidance provided on-site.
At no point prior to the flight were we informed—by your service or any relevant authority—of any issues that could prevent them from boarding. Furthermore, I attempted to access the "Policies and Conditions" section on your website, but the page was unavailable and displayed only a message stating, "We encourage you to explore, but this web page isn't available." This only adds to the lack of transparency and poor user experience. This lack of communication and propoer service delivery is unacceptable.
While unforeseen situations can occur, it is especially regrettable that this incident—caused by the poor quality of service provided—directly affected my mother and my 11-year-old brother, placing them in an extremely distressing and unacceptable situation.
I would like to emphasize that this situation arose solely due to your failure to provide essential service and information. As such, I have left a negative review on your website. I do not intend to remove or modify this review until a full refund has been issued for the services that were not delivered as promised.
Even company citizenplane who is not responsible for this situation made partial refund in amount of 204 Euro. However, I've been trying to reach eDreams in this regard for almost 2 weeks without any results.

six hours delay in the New York-Bucharest flight and they only pay the legal penalties after they are sued.

My parents' flight was cancelled just one week before their visit, forcing them to take a four-hour bus ride to the nearest airport with a Wizz Air flight. Hisky provided no explanation for the cancellation.
Their return flight was also cancelled 5 days before their flight, causing further inconvenience. I had booked front-row seats to assist their mobility, but after the cancellation, they had to sit at the back of another airline's plane, as no alternatives were available on short notice.
My family also had to pay significantly higher fares to secure seats on another airline flight due to short notice from HiSky.
Overall, it has caused my family considerable distress.

Am fost anuntat cu doar cateva zile inainte ca zborul a fost anulat. Bineinteles ca intregul concediu era planificat in baza biletelor achizitionate deja de la HiSky.
A trebuit sa cumpar alt bilet, cu o zi mai devreme si la un pret mai mare, pierzand si o noapte de cazare deja achitata.
Pe langa toate acestea, nici rambursarea biletului anulat nu a fost procesata la data scrierii acestei recenzii. Asa ca HiSky inca detine banii mei, in timp ce se ascunde in spatele unor termeni de pe site.
Din pacate, genul acesta de companie strica increderea in zborurile low-cost din regiune.
Nu recomand.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with HiSky Europe, who canceled my flight just 5 days in advance without providing any reason or alternative flight option. The refund for my ticket was promised within 20 days, despite the clear legal requirement under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 for a 7-day deadline, and I only received the money after being forced to initiate a chargeback!
Even more outrageous, it was only after filing a complaint with the Consumer’s Protection agency that the company offered me a compensation agreement (which they are legally obligated to provide) that included a scandalous clause prohibiting me from “damaging their image.” In essence, they are trying to prevent me from leaving a negative review about their unacceptable services! This is an abusive practice that violates consumer rights and freedom of speech.
HiSky does not respect the law and attempts to silence passengers to cover up their lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this company and be prepared for unjustified cancellations, refusals, and dubious tactics.
Comfortable seats
Comfortable seats, decent legs room, friendly and polite staff ( especially on London Stansted - Oradea ). The only reason I offer 4 stars is the price, which can be a little bit spicy sometimes.

They don't respond to emails, their representatives don't speak English(even on the English extension), they do not provide service at all.
BEWARE of this company-they are refunding only half of the fee after cc-ing their CEO.

Less than one star more like minus 5. Reasons:
1. Uptight personnel that treats you like garbage
2. Never allowed to incline your seat
3. Procedure calls for the flight “attendant” to check ticket upon walking into the plane because there were times when people embarked the plane with other tickets or with no ticket at all!
(Let me explain, today there was only one flight, the only plane. How can you give this explanation?? Moreover we were outside on the staircase cold and raining but the geniuses were checking tickets)
