I had a delay of 3:45 with no reason given and no one of hisky came to talk to us thay didn't provide any food or drinks as the lew says thay are actually against the lew . I missed my connection flight because of thet and they didn't even try to help me at the airport. A shame of an compony. Please avoid using them thay do sometimes show cheap prices but it comes with loads of hedaick and extra costs to purchase another flight guys Please think it through before you purchase a ticket its worth to pay a little more and avoid using this airline

This is the worst company to travel so far. I'd give 0 stars but there no such option.
I got married but I didn't get my ID until later in the year with my husband's surname.
It was so hard to get in touch with the customer support after so many days trying to call/emails.
They charged me 70 eur to change the surname in the ticket when other companies like Ryanair did it for free.
We will never use this company again and I won't recommend for anyone. The pain you have to go through and the unfairness.

The company arbitrarily cancels flights and modifies reserved seats without proper communication. Customer service demonstrates a complete disregard for addressing complaints. My interaction with the call center was unacceptable: after waiting on hold for 40 minutes and reaching the first position in the queue, the operator terminated the call without providing any assistance..
Non EU company mean non EU rules regarding delays and compensation. Delays over 1.5 hours is normal.
Again delayed 1.5 hours. They are not EU company. One time I was delayed over 4 hours. You can not claim any compensation conforming EU legislation. This is my last time booking with this company. 🤮

I give 1star because I can not give less . This airline let me down changing the flight time 2 times from afternoon to early morning I lost a day of holiday because that. The website doesn't work properly I wanted to put a check in baggage I couldn't do it when called the customer service and told them about the problem they said it's my device's fault and I don't have Internet connection though I entered used the Internet to get to their site. When I asked about the price of a check in bag at the airport they couldn't answer and got agitated when I asked . This will be my last trip with them . The lady from customer service was agitated and arrogant.

This is the biggest BS airline company I have ever used. They cancelled on multiple occasions our flight. The prices are high and not justified, there is no business class or any delimitation between the classes. The airplanes are extremely old looking, worn down. The customer service is horrible and rude through the phone, they don't offer explanations, they don't really respond to your question just deflect it with anything else. There were delayed flights on multiple occasions, I think this company is just a setup for something fishy and shaddy, just a bunch of scammers. I'll have to opt for Wizz Air from now on, even if it's far from my home destination.

În timpul procesului de cumpărare a biletului, sistemul indica că zborul era programat pentru ora 9:00. Cu toate acestea, la efectuarea check-in-ului, am descoperit că zborul era de fapt la ora 16:00, ceea ce a creat confuzie și neplăceri. Mai mult, la aeroport ni s-a comunicat că avem dreptul la un bagaj suplimentar fiecare, informație care nu a fost menționată în momentul cumpărării biletului sau în procesul de check-in. Aceasta a dus la supraîncărcarea bagajelor și dificultăți neașteptate.
Consider această situație inacceptabilă și vă informez că, în cazul în care problema nu va fi rezolvată în mod satisfăcător, mă voi adresa autorităților competente pentru a reclama această inconveniență.
Aștept un răspuns prompt și clar din partea dumneavoastră.

HiSky is the worst airline I’ve dealt with.
They cancelled my confirmed flight, still show it as active, hung up on me after 17 mins on a paid call, and ignore all emails. Zero service, zero honesty. Avoid them.

Be prepared for repetitive cancelled flights out of nowhere and bad treatment. Only choose them if you need some headache in your life!

Zborul meu a fost modificat de 4 ori, iar în final, deși era programat la ora 14:00, am decolat abia la 16:00. O zi întreagă de concediu s-a dus din cauza lipsei lor de organizare și respect față de pasageri. Foarte dezamăgitor!

Am călătorit de la Timișoara la București, zborul H40256, cu această companie.
Am întâmpinat întârzieri la decolare de aproximativ 30 de minute fără ca cineva să spună scuze sau că le pare rău. Nu ar fi o problemă atât de mare partea asta ,sa zicem.
Scaunele erau pătate, jegoase și cu suprafețe iregulate pe partea de șezut din cauza uzurii extreme. Mocheta de jos din avion era de asemenea uzată și schimbată doar o bucată din ea, diferita ca și aici originală.
Aterizarea a fost ok.
Hisky primiti nota 1 din pricina faptului că nu vă interesează confortul și curățenia în avionul dumneavoastră., sa schimbati niște scaune, mochetă sau sa oferiti curățenia adecvata! Sper că macar reviziile avioanelor să le faceți la timp si să nu puneți în pericolul viețiile oamenilor.

Nous avons pris un vol Bucarest - Oradea avec HiSky. Nous devions avoir le vol à 10h30 mais a été décalé à 18h30. Le depart devait être pour 18h30 mais nous sommes partis 10 minutes plus tard, ce qui en soit peut arriver. Toutefois les hôtesses ne sont pas aimables. De plus à l’atterrissage nous avons freiné tellement fort que nous étions tous accrochés fortement à nos ceintures de sécurité, ce qui ne m’est jamais arrivé. Une odeur de brûlé s’est également fait ressentir. Je déconseille fortement.
