DO NOT Trust HiSky Airline
HiSky is an absolutely horrible, heartless company that could not care less about it's passengers. I pre-paid for my families flights 6 months ago. Then, a few weeks before our flight they sent an impersonal "Dear Passenger" email informing us that the flight was cancelled. The only alternative that they offered after that date was a flight exactly 2 weeks later. No apology. No explanation. When I went to rebook with another airline I found that the cost had gone up so I emailed HiSky to ask for compensation and for a quick refund so that I could free up space on my credit card HiSky said No compensation. No refund for a month and a half (30+ business days). No apology. No explanation. And now this 3rd rate airline won't even respond to my customer service emails.
My only question for HiSky is:
ARE YOU CANCELING FLIGHTS THAT ARE NOT BOOKED SOLID AND ARE YOU REFUSING TO GIVE COMPENSATION OR TIMELY REFUNDS OUT OF PURE GREED....OR IS HISKY IN DEEP FINANCIAL TROUBLE? Either scenario means that it is very financially risky to fly HiSky. BTW, I am still waiting for my refund from HiSky and will keep Trust Pilot Posted.

I had a direct flight scheduled, but the airline added a very long delay (9 hours) to the departure and also introduced a STOP on the return flight, which completely defeats the purpose of the direct flight I paid for. They do not respond to claims or complaints. Avoid at all costs.

Worst airline the world has ever seen. It’s a big scam, fictional flights which never actually occur. They cancel your flight and leave you hanging without compensation or hotel or food. Avoid at all cost.

There isnt much to say.
On 5 december purchased a ticket for my wife, my infant and my mother in law. On 29 december i receive the email that my flight was cancelled. My flight was due to happen on 18 january 2026 from Oradea Romania to London Uk. Meanwhile they kept my money for 24 days + another 30 days until i receive a refund (probably) and i had to pay almost double with another company to buy other tickets due to short window left when i could easily buy cheaper on 5 december.
First time with Hisky and last time aswell.
I flew HiSky H4102 from New York (JFK)…
I flew HiSky H4102 from New York (JFK) to Bucharest (OTP) on September 26, 2025 (PNR: ACDHPP). The flight arrived 4 hours late (scheduled 06:10 AM on Sept 27 → actual 10:10 AM), qualifying for €600 compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 for long-haul delays over 3 hours.
During the ~5-hour departure delay at JFK Terminal 7, no meal vouchers, refreshments, or assistance were provided, despite the mandatory "right to care" (Article 9) for waits exceeding 4 hours on long-haul flights. Ground staff (third-party handlers) offered no help with rerouting options.
HiSky denied my claim on December 30, 2025, citing "extraordinary circumstances" from a chain of prior delays, starting with airport facilities in Tel Aviv and including a refuelling delay on the incoming flight. However, refuelling and loading issues are typically within the airline's control (per CJEU case law), and they provided no detailed evidence like airport reports.
This caused me to miss a separate connection (Turkish Airlines OTP-IST), leading to extra costs for new tickets and a hotel overnight in Istanbul – expenses they ignored entirely.
Overall, disappointing handling of a clear EU261 case. I've escalated to the Romanian ANPC for enforcement. Hope this improves for future passengers.

Schlimmste Airline mit der ich nie abheben durfte. Mein Flug wurde gecancelt- von der Airline selbst. Anstatt mir mein Geld direkt zurückzuerstatten, warte ich nun seit August auf die Rückerstattung. Auf Emails wird nicht reagiert. Nachdem ich über Visa die Reklamation eingereicht habe, hat sich HiSky Anfang Oktober gemeldet und gesagt sie überweisen das Geld in den nächsten 7-30 Arbeitstagen. Ich habe immer noch nichts erhalten. Ich kann nur davon abraten über diese Airline zu buchen.

Der Flug vòn Hurgada wurde insgesammt drei mal verschoben! Wir mußten um eine Nacht Verlängerung! Ob wir das Geld wiedersehen ungewiss! Wir hatten long legs gebucht aber nicht bekommen. Insgesamt einfach nur schlecht!

Everything went very smoothly in Chișinău. We ordered the assistance service and were met directly on the aircraft. The staff helped with the luggage, accompanied us through all procedures, and took us to the shuttle bus, also assisting with boarding.
Everything was well organized, attentive, and caring. We highly recommend HiSky and this assistance service.

HiSky - One of the worst airlines.
Passengers arrived at Chisinau Airport at 1:00 PM on October 11th, awaiting a scheduled flight HiSky H70457 at 8:00 PM from Chisinau to Tel Aviv .
The flight was then rescheduled.Twice.
Then, it was rescheduled again for 5:00 AM on October 12th.
All this time, passengers were at the airport without water, food, and without the required attention from HiSky.
Airport information staff were unable to contact any company representatives.
People were simply abandoned to their fate, without food or shelter—in defiance of all airline regulations!
Passengers were forced to sleep on the floor.
This is simply outrageous.
The delay between flights was more than 9 hours!
And absolutely NO ONE cared.
Conclusion.
Two months have already passed and the company has not responded at all to the complaint and request for compensation!!
Don't use this company.
If anything happens, NiSky will simply LEAVE you to your fate.
And then they'll keep quiet!
Companies like this should be banned by the Ministry of Aviation!

Un supplément de bagages nous a été facturé à l’aéroport pour lequel nous n’avons quun reçu. Qui malheureusement n’est pas valable pour la compagnie Opodo qui exige une facture.
Après de nombreux appels et même une autre visite à l’aéroport de Bucarest, il n’a pas été possible d’obtenir cette facture pour obtenir un dédommagement.

Scammers
They are scammers. I booked a flight with flexible dates and when I changed the date, I had to pay a penalty that costs more than the flight itself. Avoid this horrible airline.
I do not recommend
I almost lost my connecting flight because of 2.5 hours delay. Apparently the cause was the bad organisation by the company ( the plane was used for an unplanned trip before ours). However, because of this situation I couldn't checkin my prepaid luggage at the connecting flight, as the next so I had to pay extra taxes to take it in the cabin. I sent a complaint to Hisky. Two months have pastel and they are still ignoring it. I recommend, whenever possible, avoiding this company.
