avoid this company, they don't care about customer.
They don't know what they doing, and no phone support. very expansive and not supporting the customer at all. My email has been down which is costing me money and they can't fix it and not responding to my messages for the last 2 days with correct info to fix. keep replying with some nonsense
After few days Andrew used TeamViewer and fixed the problem. This should have been fixed on the first day.
I am a service provider and have many customers in UK and Europe and email is most important part of my business and not been able to use it for few days was a nightmare. Any problems my customers have I remote in for fix it or checking it out within 20 mins.
Sorry I couldn’t leave a good review but these things should be fixed straight away for customers as I do with TeamViewer all the time for my customers.

I've been with Heart a long time, and there are variances in the responses to tickets. However, I've raised 2 tickets in the last week and they have been dealt with within hours and a solution found. Special shout out to Andrew, who helped with CSR issues today.

Great support from Andrew Welsby! After a previous agent batted the issue back, further query made and Andrew not only answered the further query, he sorted the initial request! Gave 5 stars for Andrew, could have docked some stars for previous agent, but I have used Heart for years and they have always sorted any issues I’ve had, so I won’t let one individual affect my overall rating of Heart Internet.

The staff are all highly knowledgable, courteous at all times, always quick to respond and always have resolved my enquiries - usually in the first instance. This leaves me reassured that it's in good hands and I can get on with what I do best, which is operate my business.
