Excellent service from Gert at Health mate, as always great customer care and regular contact, always reply and very courteous. The sauna was very easy to install, everything just clipped together. the quality is amazing, it's a really beautiful product and comes with a back rest and oil burner. Amazing bit of kit and I am absolutley loving it. It takes about 10 minutes to get to 33 degrees which is warm enough for you to get it whilst it gets to max temp. I use it to meditate, stretch, or read and with the lights and built in blue tooth speakers I really don't want to get out of it. Hopefully start seeing the benefits in a few weeks

I have had my Health Mate Infrared Sauna for over 7 years now and I still love it as much as the first day it was installed. I mainly use it to ease my muscles after a run or when I do weights as this really seems to prevent my muscles aching and speeds up recovery. To be honest, even though I set the timer for 20 mins, I sometimes end up staying in there for 40 mins as so relaxing and I just don’t want to get out - completely opposite to those saunas at the gym. I am really happy and would definitely recommend Health Mate and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. I look forward to many more years of using my Infrared Sauna. Thank you!
