My rover arrived on time, really nice looking, sturdy, built it in about an hour, tip is take battery out before this! Rides really nicely, confident it will stay under you, needed paint sticks for touch up from transportation, but these have been ordered for me by after sales. Recommend

My c93 arrived yesterday ordered end of last week!! best bike for the money all day long!! And thanks to Steve for every reply to all my questions and information I’ve needed along the way! Also I prefer to know the day my toys are coming and times!! They cover it all! no time wasted! no mucking about! I was given a day with a 3 hour slot between 1-4 it was with me by 2:30pm and a text half an hour before saying 20-30 mins away!! Definitely a company I can not fault 😎

The delivery was a bit confusing and it went a day over the times they say on there website however apart from that the bike is nice and the charge lasts a long time.

The sales service was up to par as I would imagine. The after sales care however I am a little disappointed with. I emailed them explaining that after I had to put my e-bike together the tyre in the back wheel wasn’t sat in the wheel correctly. They did not reply. I also had a very severe puncture a few months later. I called them to get a new inner tube and a new tyre. The person I spoke with wasn’t helpful and I was told that I needed to look elsewhere. I either then got cut off or he put the phone down. I am very happy with my e-bike, however if I need anything further relating to my bike I clearly have to sort it out myself without any after sales support.

The service is excellent, kept me upto date with my delivery but unfortunately the bike came damaged and am going to return it.

Excellent customer service, staff had good knowledge and was very helpful. Bike was delivered quickly and came as described, no issues, would highly recommend to others.

Great service. My e-bike arrived at the expected time and there was good communication from the delivery drivers. I had a few questions before making the purchase, and staff at Chilled Rides were helpful on the phone. The bike arrived well packaged and seems to be great value for money. I haven’t used it much yet, but it gets me up the steep hill from the beach no problem!

I absolutely love my bike - I picked it up today. Although it took longer than expected Chilled Rides were so good at hounding the delivery people and when they refused to come to my address and unpack all the boxes, the owner took the whole day off to wait for the truck and unpack it so I could ride away. Superb service from the team at Chilled Rides. Thank you

Bike was delivered within 3 days and the thing is a beast! Spoke with them on phone after placing order and the guy was super helpful and friendly. Bike is solid and easy to assemble. Only issues were no screws to fix the rear reflecter and the pump broke whilst using on the last tyre, which was a surprise because it seems like a decent pump. But minor issues really, I have recommended chilled rides and this Bike to my friends.

I was slightly apprehensive ordering from a online only company but the customer service from chilled rides was amazing, I ask loads of questions all answered very quickly and the the delivery was well communicated- my son was more than happy to with the E-bike. I would use them again.
