The bike is fantastic to ride, just enough assistance & a walk assist. Nothing wrong with bike at all.
Just on delivery the tyres were very deflated it wasn’t explained about the valves which made me think I had a puncture.
Bike is amazing other than that& very helpful customer service.

Purchased an electric pedal cycle from here and it was a pre order. There was a slight delay but nothing to do with Bike Yard, they kept me up to date and regularly updated me on an expected delivery date. On delivery they went out of their way to get the order to me on a certain date and was easy, even had it delivered on a Saturday. I totally recommend this company for customer service and quality products. If thinking about using them go for it.

Bought an e-bike from BIKEYARD (couple months ago).
So,- the battery capacity is not even close to expectations. The screws were either overtightened or loose (with no Loctite applied), and the front
shock absorbers are loud and clunky. The rear mudguard has already started cracking around the bolt joints.It is also very noisy and has electronic system bugs—like the power surging even when I am not pushing the pedals. To make matters worse, they told me I would be able to get service at any official bike shop, which is not true. I visited a couple of shops, but they refused to work on it because the bike is unbranded. Always double-check before buying online. Good luck to everyone

Just for clarification the 2 star rating i left was for the fed ex experience not the bike yard cannot fault the product and there service thank you

Great product but had to waste 2 full days waiting on delivery thanks to fed ex not delivering when they said.

The company was communicative and good efficient service. The explanation about how to use the bike was really appreciated as well! Pleased all round.

The after sales service was spot on.

Good customer service

This is my second time experiencing amazing customer service with BikeYard. Saved me from buying whole new mudguard set and getting fittings for approx 100£, by providing me with new spoke clips for 7£.

All the information you needed about the bike .. the price was great lot less than some retailers delivery was quick and they delivered when I wanted them too as was I was away on the dates they offered. I highly recommend them ..
